Through the Fire was a story about two friends, Mya and Gina, who both just happened to find love in the same family. Gina went through a traumatic situation that left her stuck for years, wondering if she would ever find love again, like what she experienced with her first love, Rock. Then, it happened… or so she thought. Mya decides to test the waters with a different type of man, Ace, and she finds herself falling head over heels… until the issues start.

Will things work out with these ladies and their men? Conflict after conflict arises, and each relationship is tested. Then, a twist occurs which may make everyone lose it all…

This was an interesting story. I liked that the twist was different from what is usually seen in urban fiction books I’ve read. Good job!
