This was an emotional read at times and the first time I have read something that made me think that’s me! However at other times I found it hard as the author was functioning at a level I can only dream off. A good read to gain some understanding of how dyslexia manifests itself in the real emotional world, although at times the author was a little abstract. Without knowing what some of the significant events were (although I get why they were not described) that shaped her thinking I found my access to some of the text was compromised. However, if you just think that dyslexia is about reading and writing read this and you will think again.

This will be useful for some people who are dyslexic or associated with those that are. However it is an autobiographical account.
