WIN: Change Your Thinking, Change Your Destiny

Rate this book
Winners are not born. They learned how. You can learn how, too.

“Winners don’t have more stamina or built-in genius, they have just learned how to think in ways that get them the results they want,” says motivational expert Rabbi Stephen Baars.

Most of us believe that motivation creates success, but in this book you’ll learn that it’s the other way It’s knowing that you are going to succeed that creates motivation. Winners have learned how to make challenging goals easy, but easy doesn’t mean lower. The trick is to take the goals you really want, and make THEM easy.

Winners don’t have more stamina. They just have better ideas. They don’t have higher IQs. They just have great strategy.

This book will change your thinking, just by reading it.

Many would call me a positive thinker. And if you looked at my bookshelves, you would find books by renowned positive thinkers – Norman Vincent Peale, Zig Ziglar, and Robert Schuller, to name a few. I’ve long believed that our mindset matters greatly, and so I am always looking to better understand the winner’s mindset.

Looking at the title of this book, and given my reading history, you might think I’ve just found another book that reinforces the same ideas.

You’d be wrong.

I really enjoyed this. It felt repetitive but, on reflection, not in a bad way. In fact, it's more like learning a new skill. Only through practice (repetition) will you gain mastery. It's definitely a book that I expect to gain more from on subsequent reads.
