Another great read in the Ventori series.
I found this one to be a bit different than the first book in that it focuses on a group of girls that did (mostly) volunteer to be carnal companions to Ventori. Unfortunately, they are kidnapped in the back of a box truck and taken to Mexico by a supposed drug cartel leader. While they are quickly rescued by the Ventori, this is clearly setting up the next few books to follow each of the girls’ own stories.
I’m somewhat new to this author since I’ve just started with this series. While the books seem to be a bit redundant (very resistant female, 2+ VERY over-the-top controlling doms) they are crazy steamy and MOSTLY hot sex🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥.
While there is a VERY small on-going plot, it is completely overshadowed by the details of the Ventori “training” their resistant and mostly unwilling female.
I found this book to be pretty similar to other alien books in this genre, where there is ALOT of spanking (hand, belt, etc.), public claiming/ shaming, dubious consent, all to train a strong willed female into being a very ‘submissive’ submissive. I say it like that because in lots of non-alien dom/sub books, the dom appreciates the fiery spirit of his female submissive, and allows her to stay true to herself by not changing her completely, or destroying her fiery spirit. Most of the alien books I’ve read, including this series, is very into the idea of ‘breaking’ the spirit of the female to FORCE them into submission. In human male-female dom-sub relationships the female FREELY offers her submission as a gift to the dom who has EARNED her trust, not broken her spirit. Just wanted to make this point CRYSTAL CLEAR, because it is a very different take on the BDSM aspect of the dom-sub relationship.
While I’m still on the fence regarding if this dynamic, it is a “it’s me not you” issue, because this author does a great job with this type of story. I mean, let’s be real, this is basically an alien smut story and this author can really BRING ON THE HEAT!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

You should always read the fine print...

Jessica, her friend and numerous other girls had been grabbed and now they were all huddled together waiting fearfully worried about their fate.
Earth has lost its rosy color glasses after being invaded an not quite a week later it happened again now everyone realize what they'd always considered myths were now proved facts unfortunately many big cities have been decimated and to many to count have died.
Now all they can do is sit and wait gossiping between themselves.
Finally there being unloaded when chaos surrounds them and Jessica fights those trying to take her friend from her but soon there are many others in the fray fighting the losers who'd kidnapped them.
Rook Fortar couldn't believe his good fortune they'd been lucky to arrive when they did and now he couldn't stop himself he was thinking of her there wasn't one thing about her that didn't turn him on his first office noticed he couldn't stay still and after his short explanation he was sure about the girl.
Time was of the essence they needed to figure out what they needed to do with the girls they'd rescued.
In the beginning Jessica flatly tells Rook she doesn't belong him that she's owned by another pod. However he explains after a short chat and a challenge he now owns her contract.The longer Jessica listens to them talking the less she likes however when she tries to assert our will she's immediately shot down then with little warning Jessica finds herself on the receiving end of Rook's hand.
Now that they know without a doubt she's there mate Rook and Dare most quickly figure out how to get her to accept their dominance over her.

Jessica was among the group of women found kidnapped by the drug cartel when the Ventoris were sent to investigate the cartel. They couldn't figure why or what purpose the women had that the cartel had to kidnap from the Ventori stations, until after talking to the women that they figured it out. The women are quickly moved to a colony to be matched up to their pod mates rather than their carnal mates as contracted.
Jessica is kept with Rook and Dare as potential mate because their markings activated after touching her and they moved to claim her once they get everything settled with the chancellor and finding their new house in the colony. Jessica relents and forms bond with them in the end allowing herself claimed.
I gave this book 5 cups of scalding Java, ☕☕☕☕☕, as this story has been read twice - lol. I loved it for the fact it had me enraptured from beginning to end. I had forgotten to leave review after first time I read this. Oops, so I am leaving my review this time. Worthy read, this story was hard to forget and the fact I remember reading the entire series until after the 4th book, I believe. Definitely buy all the books, you won't be disappointed.

The Ventori saved the Earth from an invasion of a hostile alien force. All they want in return is women. They ask that there be women who are willing to sign contracts to spend some time with them as carnal contracts.
Jessica is one of those women. When she and a group of other women are kidnapped by bad guys, the Ventori come to their rescue. It turns out that her rescuers don't want to let her go because she is their mate, which means that the familial pod that held her contract are going to have to give her up.
I'm not sure whether this is a menage or a reverse harem. Yes, she has sex with them both at the same time, but she also develops a separate relationship with both guys. Maybe it's a whole new genre, menage harem? Maybe I'm just making no sense. Either way, there's that.
I love the fact that the Ventori males have these tattoos that start to tingle when they meet their mate and change colors. They take really good care of their mate or the woman they are contracted to. There were a couple of characters I outright didn't trust or didn't like. Overall, I really enjoyed the story.

Jessica and several other women have been saved by the Ventori from a Mexican Drug Lord. But what would a Drug Lord need with a bunch of women meant to be carnal companions to Ventori. Rook & Dare of Fortar pod want to know that as well. And why is she making them go into a “rut.” Is she their true mate? What is the reason for the specific women?
Well do follow the same line as the first book. So that is always good. We read a bit about Amanda and her mates Loax and Rentar. We also find out what it is about these women that makes them so special. Not only that but we have a spy within the Ventori. You wouldn’t think that so much would be going on besides some hot, steamy, kinky, dirty talking sex. But sure is a lot going on. Jessica is a strong leader for an ex-singer. And she doesn’t want to be thought weak. Rook & Dare are both hard on her but they also have a softer side too. It takes a lot to learn to trust and allow for faith in an alien/s you don’t even know. I enjoy the series. I have been reading out of order. So for me, that is a bit annoying but steamy sex makes it worth it.

All the world building and explanations (their special coffee, the mating process, the mind-link thing) that I found cool in book 1 (ya know, because it's book 1 and explaining how the Ventori differ to the humans etc) was somewhat irritating here. All the re-explanations could have been summarised and used that time for more smut. (Or plot, but I'd prefer more smut)
The plot was meh, just it seemed kind of stupid. Like there's this group of girls on board, one is singled out, whilst all the rest are just sat in one cabin like twiddling their thumbs? Meanwhile, the 'leader' of their group is getting her brain absolutely fucked by Dare's massive grey schlong, it so far up her mouth it's ramming against her frontal lobe.
Everything about the book just didn't hit like the first one did. I will probably try and read book 3 in the series, but I need a quick break from the Ventori's for a minute.

Rescued & claimed by domineering and totally dominant
Claimed for Their Use by Ivy Barrett is a nice blend of alien romance, dominace and menage. You can expect lots of steamy chemistry, crazy hot dominance and emotional exploration of the relationship between Jessica, Rook and Dare.
I was intrigued and enthralled with this series. This book, the second in the series, introducing and several characters that promises more entertaining stories of dominance with super hot alien warriors totally focused on their human women. Can't wait to read more!
Overall, a very well written alien romance with interesting and engaging characters, a suspenseful edge and a thrilling Dominant theme throughout.

Ivy Barrett is a new to me author and I completely enjoy her book. The after "war" sci-fi with a tart mouthed human and two dominant alien males.
signed up to be a pleasure mate goes a bit offsides when Jessica and the others are kidnapped when Jessica is singled out pretty fast and swept up into a world she isn't sure she's going to be okay with.
Dare is the 'nice' one with a few surprises up his sleeve, his brother Rook completely alpha with a low tolerance to sass. All of that with a bit of skulduggery behavior makes for a grand adventure.
Lots of heat and goings-on, some shifting of personalities and the coming together to get what you want as well as what you need. Hot, hot scenes mixed with a very cool storyline made this fun and entertaining for me. Grab it and enjoy.

But on a fact finding mission, they find five earth women who were on their way to the new position of carnal partner with the pods who bought their contracts. The situation gets crazy when the are kidnapped and taken by the drug lord they are investigating. After they draw fire and the bad guys run they take the women in their small ship back to the the larger ship they have a problem, they think that one of the women is their mate. Read the book to find out what happens next. Real fun book.

Rook and Dare are 2 Ventori soldiers who rescue some human companions from a group of vicious criminals. When Rook and Dare encounter Jessica they realise that that she is their mate but she has also been contracted to another group of Ventori, they manage to arrange for her contract to be bought from them so that Jessica can stay with them and they can court her and convince her to become their mate for life. This is a very hot story but has the added benefit suspense added to it. I hope you enjoy this book as much as i did and its well worth the 5*

This well written Book 2 in the Ventori Masters Series, Alien menage is a good story. She is among a group of Carnal Companions that are kidnapped prior to their departure to meet the Ventori pods they contracted to join. The women are rescued by Commanders Rook and Dare who recognize Jessica as their mate and they buy her contract.. This story has action, twists, turns, romance, and love. This does have triggers and is also a wonderful strong alpha aliens story. A must read

Another hot book! I find myself yelling at the males for treating their females the way they do in these books. But I'm still drawn like crazy to these books. I just love them!! Lol!
I can never put them down either. The books are so well written and interesting. I always fly through them.
Just one time I want to hear one of these extremely dominant males to apologize to their female. Just once. But that's not what dominant males do so oh well.
The chemistry is incredibly hot between the MC's, as usual.

I really enjoyed the story.
I am not a fan of spanking or humiliation, but I loathe severe domination where a female has no ability to have an opinion or voice. Though the story was well written, it left a lot to be desired in my mind because of the unconditional domination! I would recommend reading this story because it is very interesting and I believe you will fly through it in no time at all!

Alien Rescuers
This is an action packed adventure. I thought it was full of interesting twists and turns, just at the end when she finally agrees to submit it was kinda the most predictable part of the story. At least it was a unique way for them to find their own mate... the compatibility results seem to be a boring predictable setup for future stories. I liked this story where the Aliens rescue several ladies one who happens to be their mate.

We met Rook in the first book .He rescued the carnal companions from the Drug Lord also from the first book. His attraction to Jessica was immediate from first touch.we find out this truckload of companions were processed differently than normal companions and they are all breeding compatible including a woman who was kidnapped and not a volunteer.We also find out that their is a faction within the Ventori that want to overthrow the chancellor.

This series is just what the Dr. order!! Love the sci-fi aspect of the story and that we get to encounter aliens! and who doesn't want to mate with one hot alien, but you get 2, both dominate yet caring at the same time! I was hoping to learn what would happen to Erin considering that she was kidnapped but there's always time for another book to be written!. Overall a great book.

Jessica has been a free spirit. How can Date and Rook change her mind? She discovers a submissive trait she never knew she had. It is about new discoveries for all three of them. This book is definitely for adults only. All the Ivy Barrett's books are yummy to the core. You can live through them.

I’m not real big on the shifters and the vampires, stuff like that. But hot aliens? Love them. This one has a plot that’s somewhat thin, but I still enjoyed it all the same. Lots of sexytimez, lots of hot aliens. It’s a fun read. I’d recommend it to anyone who likes Sci-Fi romance.

Jessica was taken by a Mexican cartel but was saved by Commanders Room and Dare and soon sparks are flying between them. Rock and Dare plan to make sure Jessica follows their rules and will punish her as needed. Fast-paced sci fi read with loads of drama, steam, and suspense. Great characters and an entertaining read. I liked it.

So I’m not quite sure how I felt about this book. I enjoyed the characters and storyline, but kept getting confused by the different POV’s. One minute it was first person then it was in third person. Was a good story never the less.

An aggressively hot and spicy story, I liked the way this story grew and how it wasn't instant love after one meeting. The tension built throughout the book and the action was evenly spaced out. The BDSM theme carries through the whole thing but the scenes are hot so it was cool. I'm enjoying the series!

Sexy but shallow read
This book was a bit over priced for such a short read.
I liked the dystopian future world but I just didn't feel the connection.
