A great book about the most effective sales tactics to use for large accounts, large orders. Really had no idea of any sales strategies, but this was so easy to understand and has many examples of questions to ask. Didn’t know that the order in which to ask the questions could be so important.

Boyfriend was reading another book on sales and the techniques coincide! Nice.
