I really loved this book. When I bought it I went what the neck I'll give it a try. I don't usually like billionaire books. But I loved the characters. The fore mat of the book is not my favorite.. When I got to chapter 7 I was only at 3% or so of this book. But after figuring out that there were many other books in this one book I was ok. Plus this book flowed so well and before I knew it I was done.

Ok. I liked premise of this storyline. I liked Nicole. She had a shitty life but James came to the rescue. I also liked James. His reaction to finding out she was pregnant was good, sweet and lovely.
I'm sorry but you would not have a bump at 3 months and the timeline about it progressing was a little off. They spent weeks together, yet she seemed to stay at 3 months!!?
I thought it was a bit incredulous that she took the baby home after 2 days, considering the baby was at least 8 weeks early. Also, some things just seemed brushed aside, like the thing with Jason and is ex, and her mother.
Also this book needs to seriously edited!! There were mistakes all over the place, which nearly made me give up. It annoyed the hell out of me. She really needs someone to go over her books before putting them out there. If this was cleaned up, it would be a better book. So, I don't understand how it has received such high praise.

Not a fan...
I am normally never one to comment on a authors ill use of grammar but WOW! There were times I needed to re-read a page because the use of terms had me second guessing if I missed something, for example: James stating how excited he was for the baby then referring to the baby as “them” which happened repeatedly!!! In fact it was so common I began to think she cut and pasted certain scenes from other books. It lead me to believe that they were possibly have multiple babies.
The connection between the two never seemed authentic and the odd play of ex boyfriend and mom in the mix was just odd . The whole book was odd, and I simply wasn’t a fan. I would not recommend this book to my friends. I doubt I will read another book by this author.

A book of very good length and very well written. Nice storyline and plot. Characters are well described and they develop nicely through the story. Their chemistry is amazing and the passion hot. They are likeable and relatable.
The story flows nicely of the pages and keeps you on the edge just wanting to read on and know what happens next. The mix of emotions, drama, sadness, laughter, tearing up, happyness, romance and more makes it worth the read.
I like it is written in dual POV, which gives the reader both the thoughts and feelings of the main characters. That makes the story even more emotional and captivating. Enjoyable read. A fantastic romance and love story with heart and hotness.

If you want to understand why I’ve rated the book two stars instead of 5, see my highlights with notes. I have read one other book by this author and had the same POOR editing problem with that book, which I couldn’t even finish. The grammar/spelling issues that I’ve highlighted are a VERY small portion of the errors in the book. There are times when a “he” turns into a “she” in the same sentence and times where the incorrect spelling or version of a word is used, completely changing the meaning of the whole paragraph. There was pretty much a grammatical error on EVERY page. It reminded me much as if I were using my voice text option on my phone. It may spell check, but may also use the correctly spelled, incorrect word.
The poor editing makes me feel as if the author doesn’t care enough about the readers, who are making their successes as an author, to pay someone to accurately edit the book. I am no editor by any means, but if offered an ARC of this book, would have been happy to note these mistakes to the author prior to a final publishing.

Nicole had to get out of her hometown so she goes to Las Vegas. Nicole was having a hard time getting employment so she decides to go to a bar in the casino. James took his board and top ten people to Las Vegas for the weekend. They were slated to go to a magic show but after getting in James ducked out to go to the bar. There he spots Nicole a beautiful girl sitting at the bar trying to get her money out for a drink. James said he would pay for the drink. The next day James wakes up alone in his suite and couldn’t remember what had happened after he brought this beautiful women to his room. but, he did notice the wedding band on his finger and couldn’t believe he got married and where was his bride. Nicole knew she had to leave Las Vegas and quickly. Three months later James contacted his attorney wanted to get a divorce. He had to hire a PI to try and find the women. They did get a hit on his credit card but it was for their wedding rings. Finally they were able to get a hit about the ring being pawned in St. Louis. The pawn shop had her name and where she worked. James goes to the company trying to figure out if he could get in to see her and their she was at the reception desk. James immediately says he wants a divorce and wanted to talk then and there. When she came around he noticed that she was pregnant. She told him she couldn’t do lunch but could see him for dinner. She wound up staying at his hotel he didn’t want her to sleep in her car while carrying his baby. James wants to take care of Nicole and his baby but still wanted his divorce. Nicole life starts to change for the best and she was waiting for the other shoe to drop. James goes to St.Louis when Nicole called to ask him to go with her to the doctors. They were going to see the ultrasound and hear the baby’s heartbeat also to take a paternity test. Nicole and James go back to her apartment because they were going to hammer out the divorce. Twists, Turns, Old Enemies and new lives make this a good read.

REVIEW: The core of the story is really good. The ‘relationship’ between Nichole and James is believable. Nicole is a confident, self-reliant woman who knows how to care for herself, even though she deals with a lot of sh*t. While trying to outrun her past, she moves to Vegas. Life isn’t easy there and she is at a very important point in her life where her next decision changes the course of her life.
James is in Vegas to celebrate a major business accomplishment with some of his well deserving staff. He meets Nicole at the hotel bar. Things progress very fast between the two of them and their one night stand turns out to be a bit more complicated when they both wake up the next morning.
Life throws them both several curve balls, but they manage to navigate them, strengthen their bond.
The only part I felt needed more attention was the parts of Nicole’s background. I understand the part with her parents, but the part with the ex and the ex’s ex was a bit too shallow. I felt like there was so much more we needed to understand and it left me with the question, why? Why did he hunt her down? Why did the ex’s ex still come after Nicole when she no longer lived in the same community or even communicated with her ex. Seems a bit too hard to believe the energy the ex’s ex and the ex would have spent just to mess with Nicole.
Overall, I did enjoy the complicated relationship between Nicole and James and I’m glad it ends with an HEA.

This review is only for the main title and not for the additional books included.
So I read the synopsis and was intrigued enough to check this book out. Since it was on KU, I thought, what the heck...why not. For the most part, I really enjoyed it for what it was. In it's own way, it was a Cinderella story, without the evil step-mother. I like both characters. Nicole is still young and with what she experienced, it's understandable why she thought the way she did and did what she did. James isn't your typical billionaire either. He has experienced setback in his own career. He treats his employees well and isn't arrogant, at least not super Alpha, LOL.
What I didn't love was the wrong words used every now and then as if auto-correct decided he instead of she, once instead of one, or babies instead of baby. I had to stop and reread some sentences just to make sure I understood it correctly before moving on. I'm just like, what the heck?! Editor failed! I am trying to remember how many other books I've read from this author and if I have ever encountered these kind of mistakes before. I know this author frequently puts out books but man, I don't know if I want to try another book if the editing is not as polished.
Overall it's still an enjoyable read but if you hate misspelling, beware that this book does have them and in some places, the context is way off.

rcvd an advanced reader copy from the author for giving my two cents. we meet Nicole, new to Vegas trying to find her way after disaster struck. we meet James who took his top ppl from work to Vegas for a celebration. he sees a beautiful woman at the bar and must get to know her. nicole is shocked this handsome man is hers for the night. the next day James wakes up with that worst hangover ever and a shiny new piece of hardware on his ring finger...wth...he got married. he stormed the room looking for nicole with no trace left behind. nicole needs to leave as she thinks she pregnant and Vegas is no place to raise a baby. months later James still thinks about nicole and got word the wedding ring was pawned in st Louis...well hes off to ge a divorce. nicole is shocked to be her one night stand st then work and hea more shocked that shes pregnant. James cant believe it and nicole wants to keep the baby. as it sinks in for James to realize he is going to hmbe a father, he wants to make sure his kid is safe and nicole is reluctant bc she told him she'll do it on her own...stubborn. will the divorce proceed or will actual feelings develop? will James be apart of the babys life? will Nicole's past catch up with her?

Nicole goes to Vegas to have a fresh start but things just get worse. She thinks things are looking up when a gorgeous guy pays for her drinks at least until she wakes up married to him the next morning. When she realizes that they didn't use protect she ran because she didn't want him to make her get rid of it if she turned out to be pregnant. James couldn't believe he was married but now he was just waiting for his wife to try and scam him. However when weeks go by and he hears nothing he wonders about the woman he married. Imagine his surprise when he shows up at her work to ask for a divorce to find out that he was going to be a daddy. Can James and Nicole make their relationship work for the baby's sake? Will James's mistrust cost him a future with Nicole and the baby?
This was an amazing story about to completely different people finding love. The chemistry between James and Nicole is electrifyingly hot. This was a fast paced very entertaining story. Once I started this I couldn't stop reading until I was at the end. This is a must read for any book lover.

Another Great Story by Amy Brent! Nicole has run to Vegas to escape her past, but her luck in finding a fresh start just hasn't worked out. She decides to drown her sorrows when James sees her and treats her to a few drinks. James has come to Vegas to celebrate the success of his business, but becomes bored with the magic show he and his fellow employees have gone to when he spots Nicole and offers to buy her drinks. What do you do when you wake up hung over and realize that your married and your wife has disappeared? You vow to get a divorce. Then when you finally find her, you discover that she is pregnant with your child. These two are clearly drawn to each other, but they want to do what is best for the other. Will they ever admit to their true feelings? This is an awesome story that shows that divorce is not the only option when you do something crazy. A lot of bang for your buck
This book came with a bonus 5 (!!!!) books which was appreciated but wasn’t needed.
This story started with a down on her luck Nicole in Vegas trying to make life work for her. She ends up at a bar to treat herself and ended up meeting James. James is a billionaire businessman who is not looking for a relationship but will not shy away from a one night stand. Nicole is interested and after a night of sex, sex and more sex chooses to leave before James wakes up. Of course, he wakes up with a ring on that fingers and vague recollections of the night before.
It takes James 3 months to track down Nicole and, when he does, he gets a big surprise.
This story wasn’t bad but it was hard to read because of some grammatical errors, missing words, etc. In some of the bonus books, characters are mis-identified all together and I’ve realized that older men and young and/or virgin girls is just not my catnip.
This book came with a bonus 5 (!!!!) books which was appreciated but wasn’t needed.
This story started with a down on her luck Nicole in Vegas trying to make life work for her. She ends up at a bar to treat herself and ended up meeting James. James is a billionaire businessman who is not looking for a relationship but will not shy away from a one night stand. Nicole is interested and after a night of sex, sex and more sex chooses to leave before James wakes up. Of course, he wakes up with a ring on that fingers and vague recollections of the night before.
It takes James 3 months to track down Nicole and, when he does, he gets a big surprise.

What do you do when you go to “Las Vegas”........well you take a gamble and that’s what Nicole is doing now. Taking a gamble on getting some good luck. Wanting a fresh start is so hard. Trying to find a job and somewhere to live, not so easy. What she needs is a strong drink and that’s where the fun begins.
Meeting a handsome stranger , James, who pays your drinks bill is so unreal but they soon “click” in all the right ways. BUT what happens in Vegas does it stay in Vegas!!! No... Nicole runs.....
A brilliant story of James and Nicole, trapped by fate and a baby in the mix. I felt sorry for Nicole for the hand she had been dealt with in life. James is a really decent guy and just what they both need if only they realised it earlier. Throw in the mix a stressful pregnancy, weird exes and two strangers getting to know one another, it makes a brilliant story. Loved it

This was a really good read: starts out with a drunk couple getting married in Las Vegas. James wakes up with a wedding ring on and remembers flashes of marrying the woman he didn't know! Nicole has left his room and left Las Vegas, also, when she realizes she had no birth control protection the night before. James returns to his home town to get his lawyers started on divorce proceedings and PIs started on finding the mysterius Nicole. When his PI gets back to him, weeks later, it is because his ring for Nicole was hocked in St. Louis. He flies there, shows up at her work to find she is pregnant and living in her car. The action gets better from there! Even though I had the same reaction to the many spelling, grammar and typo mistakes and was taken back by the author's lack of pregnancy info, I still think it deserves 5 stars.

The basis of the story is really good and its what drew me to this book. Unfortunately there are many spelling and grammatical errors. I found myself correcting the story in my head as I went along. This become annoying after a while. Finding out how the story ends is what kept me going. I loved James, what a perfect character he is.
The birth at 6 & half months was totally unrealistic. Guessing it made the birth around 10-12 wks premature, that would be around 28-30 wks pregnant. This was far too early for a baby to go home in 48hrs of it's birth. I was born at 30wks and have grown up knowing the complications a baby goes through, born so early.
The story ends at 21% and the author has added a few other stories for her readers. It's a shame I was u able to award more stars. The story held much promise.

I received this book as a gift and would be remiss if I didn't share this review.
James' business has just hit $1 billion dollars in profits this year. The celebration, was to take all his top sales people to Las Vegas for the weekend to show his appreciation for all their hard work. Nicole was all but forced out of her small town in Illinois and she's trying to build a new life without much luck at this point. They actually meet at a bar in the casino. What started as a quick intellectual flirty banter back and forth turns into life changing event.
Amy Brent has taken put a new twist on a Cinderella story showing all the emotional upheaval of every day life with it's twists and turns. You'll absolutely see the best and worst in people but ultimately find that HEA that makes you feel good in the end. Definitely a page turner.

Oh I knew I should have quit sooner, but the curiosity killed the cat. I can’t believe that this book was published without being proofread. I lost count on all the notes ( can’t turn off the proofreader in me) that I marked. A amazon rating of 3.9 out of 5.... I am a glass half full kinda person. But really?? Had this book been rated diff I wouldn’t have started it. I tried to over look the errors in grammar etc, the fine details of due dates and waddling etc. I’m more than likely going to finish, to see how this turns out. With some proofing and research this could have really been a higher ranked book than I am now.
The gist of the story was good it was all the rest that needed work. For being a best selling author, I’m not sure how this one got published with soooo many errors. It had some potential.

After a night of passion in Vegas the last person Nicole was expecting to see at her desk months later was her new husband James. Yeah they got drunk married!!
James has had a PI looking for Nicole since that night to get a divorce. His PI gets a hit that her wedding ring gas been pawned in St Lious, so James jets off but gets the surprise of his life when he finds her at work, she's pregnant!
Going through the pregnancy with Nicole he finds himself getting more drawn to her, she's sassy, beautiful and glowing.
When their baby arrives prematurely will he still go through with the divorce or will he proclaim his love for Nicole?
This is another amazing 5 star book by Amy Brent, she never fails to deliver a gripping storyline.

In this book we meet Nicole and James. They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. However that isn't what always happens. Both of them come to Vegas with their friends just looking to have a little fun. Little did they know by the end of that night they would be married and taking home a whole lot more than they came with. Can they find a HEA at the end of this of will that one night lead to more problems than either imagined?
This book is amazing. There are many ups and downs that I really want to tell you about. I however don't want to ruin the book for anyone else. This book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I feel so easily into this book and enjoyed it and what’s not to love about a billionaire showing an interest in you and you not knowing he is rich and you being very interested in the hot guy at the bar that saves you from a drunk. This is the story of James and Nicole having some fun in Vegas getting very wild between the sheets and very drunk and waking up married to each other, what’s a girl to but run, leave and never see him again that works for awhile until Nicole finds out her is pregnant and then James tracks her down 3 months later to get a divorce and finds out he is going to be a dad. What happens now you say well read this great book to find out more. I voluntarily reviewed an arc copy of this book for an honest review.

3.5*** would have easily been a 4 **** book but there was way to many spelling errors that cause the reader to have to read read paragraphs to understand what the author was trying to say. Then she has the h suffer from a serious medical condition during her pregnancy. As a reader if would have been nice to know what that condition was to get a feel for what she going through especially since she was put on bed rest. And then when she delivered her baby 3 months early and she got to go home 2 days later! I’m not medical professional but preemies that early usually need intensive care for quite some time. And that just a few weeks later they’re walking around talking about packing the baby on their hips and not supporting her head, she’s a preemie not a 6 month old baby.
