It is time for Christians to “Make The Pulpit Great Again” (#MTPGA). Do not mishear me friends, I am not suggesting that we make pastors great. The cult of personality that exists today related to “rock star” pastors is a blight upon the Church not a cause of celebration. What I am suggesting is that we make the role of shepherd great again. God still calls people to be His under-shepherds, to teach His people His Word, and to educate as well as train them for the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:11-12).
