Blair is a sweet, small town girl who got burned by her last relationship. She feels she’s not strong enough to deal with this new thorn in her side but he’s wearing her down. I like how they are together. It’s like the two nicest people in the world came together and fell in love. I can't say this enough but I can't get enough of this author.
I love her books and this one was no different. With all this authors books I can't seem but to be drawn in from the first page. This one i really enjoyed
Dwayne had me from the first page, Blair i had to get use to, but in the end she won me over. I liked the fact that from the minute he saw Blair he went after her and he didn't stop until she was his.
Short, sweet fast paced and definitely a happily ever after.
I can't wait for the next book from this author.

Cute story, cute couple. Not a lot going on here other than the MMC trying to win the FMC. Decent intimate scenes. Very lite read. I liked it. Enjoy.

Wicked fireman is book two in the hard and ready series. This book is short, fast paced and hot. I read this book in one sitting and wasn’t once bored. Although I liked Blair, I didn’t like her as much as I liked Dwayne. I liked that Dwayne was determined to make Blair his. He saw he as his future wife and the mother of his children. He forced himself to take it slow and agree to be friends with Blair before anything more. I liked Blair and I understood her reasons for not agreeing to date Dwayne the many times he asked. But, I wanted her to give in and give love a chance. The chemistry between Blair and Dwayne was clear to see and the passion between them was through the roof. The writing style for this book is easy to follow, the characters are likeable and the story is enjoyable.

I really loved the main make character in this story. Dwayne us a very adventurous lover. Also very inventive. I finished this story and was thinking about what to say about it. The female lead is sure of herself. She doesn't have low self-esteem like other characters in many books. She just came out of a bad relationship and is trying to keep things casual. Also she isn't a virgin.

I just finished this book and what a way to spend a miserable Sunday reading a hot firefighter romance. I love love Dwayne and how he never gave up on dating Blair he new what he wanted and went after her. Such a romantic hero.... #swoon loved this book.

It was light read with no dramas. I easily was drawn into the story. And I liked both, Dwayne and Blair. Well, okay. I liked Dwayne more. Lol. From the beginning Dwayne was like a dog with a bone. It was entertaining to see how tirelessly he run after Blair. I liked it, that he didn't give up and fought for what he wanted.

Sam Crescent can do no wrong as far as I am concerned, This book is an ideal, brunch sit down novella, Dwayne was just wonderful, It took me a little while to warm to Blair I have to admit,This was a delightful read with no dramas.
