2.5-3 stars.

I went into this book completely excited and on board. Marisa is a sweet, curvy bookworm, her and some friends leave a party, the friend driving was driving recklessly, they get pulled over by Officer Davies. The friend is freaking out and begs Marisa to help her get out of the ticket and it takes a turn towards the sexy.

So the first chapter I loved, if it had ended there or had another chapter devoted to that night and then ended, I would have rated this higher. But this story veered off and just started hitting my ‘this annoys me’ buttons...and it was a lot of button presses. Let's get into it.

The story jumps ahead 6 months, Officer Davies is suddenly not just a cop, he’s also an escort. Ok, I could get on board with that too. I’m not quite annoyed yet. Then things just kept piling on that made me roll my eyes. First, although he’s an escort, he hasn’t done it since his and Marisa’s encounter 6 months ago and his first day/night back on the job she’s his first client. Not because she got an escort but because her friends set it up and they wanted her to have some fun for once. Ok, a little annoyed at the friends, a little annoyed at the convenience of this set up but all right. Not a big deal.

Then during his narration he says he needs the extra money and then he mentions that he makes only between 40 and 50 thousand at being a cop. Which, I wish I made that much at my job, that’s nearly double what I make a year and I live fairly well, but while getting annoyed now, I do realize different states have different living prices, I don’t remember where this is taking place, so maybe it’s a state that has a high cost of living and his 40-50,000 is the equivalent of what I make where I live. Alright.

Then he starts in on how he loves his job (as a cop) but then in the next couple paragraphs he’s bored with the job but it’s also rewarding. Mostly he’s not talking fondly of his job as a cop, but he’s still a cop in this small town.

But then he brings up (again in his narration, not to Marisa) that his family are billionaires and they are known as the “Paper Kings” and he doesn’t want to work in the business, I can’t remember for what reason, but it just got to be one thing, after another, after another that on their own wouldn’t bother me that much add them all together in the same book/same chapter I’m not buying it.

There was also a couple of times where he didn't just say that he liked what Marisa was doing, instead he phased it as he always liked when other women he'd been with did this...ok. That kind of bugged me too.

Ok, so for about half the book I’m liking Marisa, she mentions that she’s gained some weight over 3-6 months, she was already a curvy girl but now she’s more so but it doesn’t seem like she’s super worried about it. It just is what it is. Then during her night with Officer Davies (Liam) she describes her thighs/legs as meaty, meatiness a few times and it just sounded like she was putting herself down and it kind of annoyed me. Just say your legs/thighs, clearly Liam likes that she’s curvy, and she didn’t obsess before but now she is.

Another thing that really bugged me, she described a couple things that Liam was doing, in the narration, as disgusting, um...what? He’s going down on her and inhales her scent and she’s disgusted. He inserts panties into her and she again describes it as disgusting. Neither one of those things bothered me, I’ve read many, many, many, similar scenes in other books, but this was the first time that I’ve felt uncomfortable reading the scenes because of how many times she thought what he was doing was disgusting. Then because she liked it she called herself a whore. Great.

I skimmed the last 20-ish pages. This was fine, I didn’t hate it, I just ended up feeling very annoyed by the end. I don’t know if I’ll read anymore by these two authors. I might try one where they are on their own, not partnered with anyone but I don’t think I’ll read another collab with them.

This is a good short story by Cassandra Dee and Kendall Blake. One naughty night changes Marissa and Officer Liam Davis life. Six months later they meet again. What happens when they find themselves in a hotel room this time?

When Marissa's friend drives them back home after a party the last thing she expected was for them to get pulled over by a cop. Liam couldn't believe when a car almost ploughed him down so he followed them and pulled them over. He never expected a routine pull over to rock his world but once he saw Marissa that's what happened. Marissa was trying to help her friend that was going to be in serious trouble with her parents if she got another ticket. She never expected to have a steamy encounter with Officer Davies. Months later her friends drag her out to celebrate her nineteenth birthday and when they lock her in a hotel room with her birthday surprise imagine her shock when its none of then Officer Davies sitting on a couch behind her. It seems that Liam moonlights as an escort at an exclusive service and it was just luck that he was working when her friends set up her surprise. Will Marissa's surprise turn into something more?

This was a steamy hot story. This was a well written and very entertaining story. Once I started I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between Marissa and Liam sizzles with each page turn. I can't wait to read more from these authors. I would recommend this to any book lover.

These two ladies have done it again with this story it going to be a big hit. Marissa and her friend are driving pretty recklessly on the road and they are pulled over by a cop. Officer Liam Davies has been a cop for a long time, out on patrol one night he see’s a car driving recklessly so he pulls it over. There’s an instant attraction as soon as Liam see’s Marissa so he gets her out of the car and starts to pat her down inappropriately but Marissa doesn’t mind at all. Months later it Marissa’s birthday her friends have hired her an escort and lock her in a room in a hotel and guess who’s already waiting in there for her?, that’s right it’s officer Liam. On officer Liam’s time off he works as an escort and he throughly enjoys the job and that night it’s even better because his client is that sexy girl in the car that he had pulled over. I loved this story it’s about an older man younger virgin woman story and it was as sexy as hell.i loved everything about this book and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

Marisa gets a lift home from a party with a friend when they are stopped by a cop. Her friend had almost his the cop's car and Marisa got out of the car to ask the officer to be lenient with her friend, what started out as a frisk search ended in an erotic interlude with the attractive man and her friend with a warning. Marisa never forgot about that night and six months later she met him again. Her friends had organised a male escort for her birthday but what she received was the same cop moonlighting as an escort. They were both surprised but did not stop them from making the most of that night. Their relationship continued, each of them falling more in love with the other. I enjoyed reading this older man younger woman book, it kept me interested from the first page, the sexy interludes added spice to a good plot and contributed to my enjoyment.

In this book we meet Liam Davies and Marisa Martin. One night Marisa leaves a party she knew she shouldn't get into the car but against her better judgement she listens to her friend. Now she has to find a way to get them all out of a ticket or possibly even worse. Liam is just doing his job but with her there is something that makes him want more. Can they get what they both want after one wild night or will they both be wishing for more?

This is a super hot book. It does have it's ups and downs I really want to tell you about. I however don't want to ruin it for any other readers. I will say keep something cold near by or have someone to help with all that heat. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Fate can be funny sometimes, as kind as she is quirky, and never has she been better. Marisa and Liam have an irresistible chemistry, and I love every minute of their story. A friend can be flighty, but sometimes it's just the thing. It's perfection to see Marisa and Liam grow closer, getting to know one another so well and exploring their passion. As wild as the book is, there is a huge heart that ties everything together. Excellent writing by this duo and the pages are filled with dynamic characters and an interesting plot. This is a quick steamy story about Office Liam and a young student Marissa. They meet one night on the side of the road and it gets interesting quickly and then again in six months Marissa’s friend hires an escort for her birthday and it happens to be Liam! Marissa is a shy, virgin and intelligent freshman in college. Liam is an older man who is a police offer with a family job available to him. Once they see each other again they don’t stop and along the way they have some wonderful conversations and learn about each other. Will this secret relationship ever become more? Dark roadways, chance encounters and insta Love plus really dirty sex fill the pages. Of you want a quick escape that will get your not Or running this one is certainly for you! When Marisa met Liam

Marisa meets Liam when he pulls her friend over for almost crashing into him. As her friend looks for her proof of insurance, Marisa makes the mistake of opening her door. The next thing she knows, she has a gun pointed at her head and Officer Davies is telling her to walk to the back of his car with her hands on her head. The pat down turns into a yummy buffet at the Y for the HAF officer. ��� For 6 months, they can't get eachother off their minds, until fate stepped in. This is another great book by Cassandra Dee and Kendall Blake. And for those who don't like all the raunchiness that Cassandra writes, this book is toned down.

Wow. Wow. Wow.
Short . Hot, sweet .
Bad cop was a good short story I love the alpha control freak that was Officer Davis and the meek and mild good girl that was Marisa . Being pulled over on their way home from a party Marisa helps her friend out who was driving because if she got one more ticket her parents were shipping her off to some girls school and wouldn't be able to graduate. What ended up happening next with the Officer and Marisa would set them on a course that both didn't see coming. This book is very short I believe it was apart of some anthology I think but either way if Officer Davis pulled me over for driving erratically that would be one ticket I wouldn't mind paying.

Traffic stops are never this hot! When Marisa tries to talk her friend out of a ticket, she gets a "pat-down" hot enough to melt snow. Marisa is still dreaming about it six months later. When her friends decide to give her a birthday surprise, Marisa is shocked to find her hot cop is also an escort. Six months ago Liam let Marisa go without giving her a ticket and has thought about her every day since. Will he let her go again or lock her up and lose the keys?

Cassandra and Kendall have written a fun, steamy erotic romance. I read this quick, entertaining novella in one sitting. “Bad Cop” has all the elements of a delightful romance, a bad boy police officer, a beautiful and much younger woman, unrestrained passion, a surprise and of course love, all leading to a HEA. Also, don't forget the hot, hot sex! I thoroughly enjoyed reading “Bad Cop” and I know you will too. Excellent writing! Great Characters! A MUST READ!

This is one hot story that starts with a traffic stop. Marissa was riding with her friend who was pulled over and about to be in big trouble with her parents. Marissa uses a little 'persuasion' on the cop to only give her friend a warning. Imagine her surprise when they meet again months later when he turns out to be her birthday surprise. He was moonlighting as an escort and he was her surprise. A steamy night leads to more and more, but no spoiler. Hot and sassy. I read a reader copy and voluntarily chose to review.

I was completely disappointed by this story.Usually I liked these authors's stories but this one is so bad written that I regretted to spend money for it.
I choose 2 stars, because the 2 bonus stories are better, but for the readers who had read it before too, I think you shouldn't bought the book just for "Bad Cop".
It's seems to be a speed writting and so, the characters are not complete, the feelings aren't really well described.
So disappointed....

This is a stand alone, but it is part of the dial a date series, which I am loving. A quick read that will have you wanting to break some laws for your very own officer. When I started reading I couldn't put it down I read the book in one day. Some scenes in this book that are smoking hot.. so reader beware! You will definitely want to read this book.

I bought this book as the blurb sounded like something I would like. It was a quick read and enjoyable but it didn't live up to the hope I had from the blurb. The girl was more of the aggressor in this tale wven though she was painted as a nerd in many ways. Liam had the alpha potential but I felt it was lacking. I did enjoy it but felt there could be more.
