The Kidnapped Prince
Gungren is tired of waiting to become a full-fledged wizard. Unfortunately for him, Whizzfiddle isn’t one who takes well to his apprentices pushing him around. But when the Fates decide to give one of their infamous quests to Gungren, it leaves Whizzfiddle with little choice but to lend his support. Unbeknownst to Whizzfiddle, though, the quest is only part one of three.
They must travel to the Underworld in order to find and save the prince. But getting there isn't easy, especially since they have to bring along Princess Jill Henroot, who is the fiancée of the missing prince, and who happens to be quite a pain in the rump. Worse, the Fates have decided to film the entire adventure, making for one problem after another.
It also seems there was something more to the original spell that had transformed Gungren from a dumb giant into the smart, squat, wizard wanna-be, and this set of quests may be the only thing to save him from reverting to what he once was...
Saving Major Wiggles
Just as Gungren begins to complain about his time running out, he gets called in to do the second leg of his three-part Fate Quest. But when Whizzfiddle complains that the quest is far too dangerous, the two argue. Then, due to a mixup, Gungren thinks his master has commanded that he just go off and handle the mission on his own...
The tiny giant must join the military and find a major by the name of Wilbur Wiggles, an annoying fellow who thinks that war is managed by officers while drinking tea as lowly foot soldiers are moved around on a map. But the army has lost contact with the major and nobody knows where he is. Worse, General Lee Starvin has assigned Private Lostalot to lead Gungren through the field of battle, and it's soon learned that the private has more than earned the right to keep his surname...

Not kindle unlimited, used to saying it is, one of the rare to no times there are dragons in the story, any of the writer's, not sure what he's got against putting dragons in his stories, we...they usually don't hurt people these days. Please read fine print; may involve promising to do quest.
It's The Main Event! The final leg of Gungren's three-part Fate Quest has been set in stone, and it's a doozy. The Ultimate Dragon Fighting Championship (UDFC) only occurs once every ten years. This is the 100th running. That means lights, cameras, and coverage like never before. Plus, the reigning champion, a dragon known as Crazell, can hit a milestone of twenty-five consecutive title defenses if she can pull in another win.
The Fate known as Heliok has entered Gungren into the tournament and the little giant must do his best to take home the prize. This is a problem considering that Gungren is not known as someone who enjoys hurting others. On top of that, there's a mob boss who has one of his own fighters in the match. As a general rule, crime bosses don't like to lose, meaning he'll go a long way to make sure his contestant comes out on top. Translation: There's a lot of danger in Gungren's future. While he doesn't have to actually win the tournament, showing up at all is a dicey situation. In fact, there's a better than average chance that he'll end up in the Afterlife during his first bout. But Gungren has little choice in the matter...unless he wants to turn back into a big dumb giant and lose his dream of becoming a full wizard once and for all.
