This was a textbook for a class I had during my MST program. I think this was for my first class, but I am not certain. It wasn't a great textbook. It was full of a bunch of self-assessment stuff that really didn't make a dent in me at the time; I was so green, I couldn't see the forest for the trees.

Read for methods of teaching class, except it was an updated version.
