I’m on a quest to live a healthier life and help my family eat and live healthier, this cookbook it filled with healthy and delicious sounding alternatives for every meal. I love that it includes many instant pot recipes as a working mom I tend to rely on my instant pot a lot to get hot and healthy meals on the table quickly so we can focus on more important things as a family.
