When ex-Marine and current long-haul trucker named Driver is conned into hauling illegal pharmaceutical drugs, he takes it upon himself to turn the tables on the drug manufacturers. Believing he has the upper hand, as well as a load of their merchandise, he devises a plan to put them out of business. But along the way, he comes to the aid of an abused woman and that's when sparks really fly. A big rig full of action, suspense, and adventure topped with a healthy dose of love. This story has it all, right up to the surprise ending.

Driver has few friends, but those he has he will do anything for, without question. When a dispatcher/friend of Driver's gets himself into a bind with a drug manufacturer/supplier, he turns to Driver for help, which Driver provides without question. While assisting his dispatcher friend, Driver meets a woman that is being abused by her boyfriend, and the sparks fly. Only later does Driver realize that the woman's ex-boyfriend is also in the upper echelons of the same drug manufacturer that he's trying to bring down for his friend. It quickly escalates into a situation that can only end with someone dying.
