I never thought I would like these books even though I'm a big fan of the author. But, I got sucked in and have had many sleepless nights because I cant put the books down. I just cam to the end of Book 4 (Part 1) and... there hasnt been a book after this one for 2 years!? What happened to all the characters I grew to love? Who was on the island? Does Sean die on that day?! Ahhh! Now I wish I never started reading. Is there ever going to be an end?

Captivating, thrilling to read.

I just started this one today and I am already finished, yet another wonderful book. I was happy to see all my favorite characters made it, however they’re all in situations again that make you wonder if they’ll make it through. There were a lot of twists in this book and unexpected outcomes. I was again unable to put the book down wanting to know what would happen next and hoping friends and family would be reunited. There are a couple new characters introduced that have become just as important as the original ones. There are also some new characters that I just don’t like and you hope they’ll be defeated, which remains to be seen. I had hoped the book would be longer and the ending most definitely leaves you hanging. Again I can’t recommend the series enough, you most certainly won’t be disappointed.

Under 24 hours

I started and finished this book in less than 24 hours. Now on part two, which appears to be available and is not. Although I read some really bad reviews regarding part two. I don’t believe it. I read almost every book of LT, and have not been disappointed, not even slightly. Now Where is part two on Kindle Unlimited.

No Ending, do NOT read!

I just finished Fractured Part 1, there is no part two and the author has abandoned the series. I wish I knew before I started it. Don’t waste your time.

Looking forward to how this will end

It seems our group goes from one mess to another. Of course in an apocalyptic situation, that is most likely true. There are more predatory people than good guys and someone always wants what you have. I'm surprised though, how these guys survive, esp the strong former military who seem to be able to fight with bloody wounds, hold their breath longer under water, kill the afflicted with no weapons, hop on one leg for miles, etc. If it were me I'd be dead in the first day of two. But then I'm no special forces guy.

I know this was Part 1 but it went by way too Fast

I’m so confused.. have so many questions.. what is happening to all the groups?!! I feel. Like the story just cut off...Do you want to live or die today? Bam AND THE door slams. Good set up.. strange things are still happening and Sean is nowhere near his daughter I think...? I’m beginning to not like the woman trying to get to her grandparents farm....

I have to say I never thought I would read, much less enjoy, an apocalyptic thriller! But here I am!!!

I cannot wait for Part 2 of Fractured and book 5 of the Affliction Z Series. I’ve read 4 books in the series and I can’t put them down. This series is wrought with suspense, excitement, undying love, sadness, fear, and satisfaction. LT RYAN you never cease to amaze me.

I’ve read all of your series and I’m always looking forward to the next Great Read!

Different take to a busy market

The fourth instalment divides the characters and explores the darkness within our minds; the choice of doing what is right or doing what is right for one's self.

The divisions we experience in our psyche are explored and how we deal with self justification of fact. And all with zombies!

Affliction Z series

L.T. Ryan puts the reader in the story! It is a breeze to read this series. The descriptions of place and character are so realistic. Hard to imagine how anyone could do a better writing job. This is my favorite author. Great job and I'm looking forward to reading more.

Affliction Z. Fractured. L.T. Ryan

Survival in a world recovering from a apocalyptic event. Who do you trust? Survival in numbers or solo. This story features three groups of individuals with a common theme survival. This is book one in this series.

Good story.

Good story as usual. But as other reviewers have stated all three stories within this book ended in a cliffhanger. Looking forward to reading part 2,, just hope it doesn't take to long to come out.

Harder to follow

I have enjoyed these books in the afflicted series. This book was harder to follow as it jumped around more between characters. I'm hoping that was the case so he could tie up the story in the second part. Ill read that book also.

Annoying that this story always end at a cliff hanger and of course the book is not available. Good story. Characters are developed well. Lots of story lines. I’ve enjoyed the series. Only 4 stars as I did skip a lot.

I couldn't put this down and had it read in one day. I won't leave any spoilers, just urge people to go ahead and read this. You won't be disappointed.
My only question is where is Part 2 of this cliffhanger?
