Perfect addition to my cookbook library!

DASH Diet Slow Cooker Cookbook: Over 100 Proven Easy and Delicious Prep-And-Go for Your Crockpot for Weight Loss Solution and Lowering Blood Pressure by Michelle Thomas, is another cookbook that is full of delicious sounding recipes that will help me help my family to make healthier choices… ones that no one will complain about because they don’t taste like they’re healthy! I love that the recipes are designed to go in the crock pot so they fit easily into my busy working mom schedule without cutting into my family together tonight. By the time we get home at night there’s a hot and ready meal on the table within minutes! We have tried the easy burrito bowls, simple blueberry oatmeal, and the chicken and rice soup! All of which have been a huge hit and well loved addition to our menu! I’m looking forward to trying more soon and so is my family!

Awesome cookbook for the slow cooker

This cookbook was a great addition to the Dash Diet. It offers the ease of slow cooker recipes as well as healthy options for your high blood pressure diet.

I especially like that there were a lot of soups. Soups are such a comforting food during winter and as we are heading into that time of year I like having a cook book handy to offer up some easy healthy soup recipes!
