I was born in Yorkshire. I have a degree in literature and a modest comic collection. I share my life with an understanding partner, two savage children, three silly dogs, and an angry cat. I’ve lived in t’north and the Republic of China but currently reside in suburban bliss in the West Midlands.
I’ve worked as an actor, a teacher, and a scaffolder amongst many other things. Until recently I made theatrical props for a living. Have a look at www.antrobusandgrimm.co.uk to see how I (used to)roll.
I’m a nerd and proud, and play with swords and other pointy things from time to time as well as 'puter games.
Pointless trivia bit:
I once fell down the highest mountain in Taiwan and was led to safety by a couple of tribesmen in exchange for some cigarettes. I have also been taught how to wrestle by ‘Crybaby’ Jim Breaks.
Short story and second prequel to Dangerous to Know. This was a freebie with the author's newsletter. A great short story which serves it's purpose of giving us insight into Breed's talents and character before we get to the start of his or her main storyline.
5* An interesting and well told novella. A second prequel to "Dangerous to know." After reading two disappointing books on the trot, I needed something to enjoy. Anything with Breed in it is gonna do it. I was not disappointed. A reliable read, well told, and enjoyable. Far too short. Loved it.
This is the 2nd prequel to the chronicles of breed and it really does the trick as it is just a very short story, a really fun read as we once again embark on the antics of a job gone wrong undergone by Breed and his right hand man, a human he called snapper. Breed is such a humorous character as opposed to his mother the evil one who runs the guild and deals in drugs called Pel. I just have to start reading the series now this is done!
Another great quick read by K.T. Davies. Witty, humor filled and fun! Breed Blake's mother may leave little to be desired by most but she is sharp tongued, abrasive and a down right b****, but that's why I love her. As for Breed Blake, trouble is his best friend. Another great set up for the Breed Chronicles. Can't wait to pull up a stool, grab some and let K.T. Davies tell me a story.
Again our sneaky half lizard thief proves himself capable of dark deeds... But also maybe of having a heart along with his gallows humor. Short and snappy, this prequel is best read after the first just to get the grounding in the world.
A short novella/novelette prequel to the Breed Chronicles by K. T. Davies.
Breed is on its way to complete a deal for its mother, a fistful of rubies in its pocket and sharp blades about its person. What could possibly distract from an easy job like this?
