Despite the unpalatable name fat bombs keep you sane while on a ketogenic diet. This book contains a nice mix of both sweet and savory fat bombs. I especially appreciated the small photos and included nutritional information. The instructions are clear and simple to follow. Most of the ingredients are easily sourced. She does call for some name brands (Natvia, a stevia sweetener, Swerve, another sweetener, Perfect Keto (flavored ketone supplement) but these can be found online at Amazon and other retailers. I imagine it would be easy enough to swap your favorite sweetener if you don't want to use the brand name. The book provides good basic information about a keto program and good tips about making and storing your fat bombs. Nice selection.

Yikes!!. Sorry I bought this book. Not only is the Keto diet NOT for me because I love pasta and sugar too much; most of the recipes contain coconut and tree nuts. I'm highly allergic to both. Ironically I lost a significant amount of weight using a low-fat diet 1n 1996 and have kept it off. The pictures are lovely. The recipes are easy. If you want to lose weight by eating tons of fat (I don't see how) then this book is for you.
After 3 years on keto and now low carb to maintain weight,I am always seeking new recipes to keep me on track. At ladt, savory recipes! I am not drawn to sweets, so seeking savory treats aka fat bombs, is a joy!
