Butterflies from the very first paragraph, fluttering their wings from page to page, and in your belly, as you are swept up in the enthusiasm and the chemistry between the two ladies on vacation. Their primary motivator is finding the company of men, but each for their own reasons. As two lucky male specimens present themselves, the hunt is on and impressions follow each other in quickening succession.
Mags Hayward excels at setting the tone from the very first word. Her prose is crisp, her characters alive, and her imagery colorful and imaginative.
This quick story has a big finale and a little finale, the latter perhaps a bit rushed. My lesbian heart was a bit disappointed when some sexuality-specific expectations of mine weren't met, but the story's ending leaves plenty of room for an unsatisfied reader to imagine a continuation where things might take a different turn indeed.

Well done, Ms. Hayward. You left me craving for more.
