A very entertaining read that was humorous as well as dark and poignant. A love story triangle set spot on in the late 1970s NYC. Ironically, I was reading this book while in the actual location of the story settings - fast forwarded four decades. Life issues, family issues, marriage issues, relationship issues all intertwined. Not going to give details to the story, only that it read well, the dialogue was crisp and the story moved quickly. Highly recommend.
The strange thing about emotion is that it runs deep. I was captivated by the depth of this story. Sadly not everyone is happy as happiness is like. The story is true but not in a true story type. It's the emotion and ones battle with depression.
