Robert Lusty worked for the publisher Walter Hutchinson for many years, helped found Michael Jospeh Ltd and was also a Governor of the BBC in the 1960s. This is his autobiography.

I found his descriptions of the publishing world in the last century particularly interesting, especially as the publishing world changed so much from the 1930s to the 1970s. Lusty was involved with the publication of many well-known books, and it was fascinating to read an insider's view of the whole process. I found his account of his governorship of the BBC slightly less interesting, but this takes up a much smaller part of the book.
