M/M Shifter Mpreg Romance

Robbie

I wasn’t always a packless Omega.
But now I was staring in the face of never having another family again.
Until Sean walked into the bar and picked up on my scent.
He devoured my heat in every which way possible.
A fling.
Just a fling, right?
But then he had to go and get me pregnant.
Which is worse, because he’s an Alpha who hates commitment.

***

Robbie is an Omega who is giving dating another try. After a traumatic experience takes away his first born and Alpha, he’s left shattered and bruised, and is climbing out of his mental wreckage.

Now it’s only a matter of time before he’s shattered again.

Unless Sean is willing to put a halt to that and ante up.

Single Omega is book 4 of the Alphas of Alaska series! There’s steamy times and an adorable baby, plus knotting and of course, M/PREG! There is NO cheating, NO cliffhangers, and definitely a HEA that will have you screaming for more!

I really like the story and the characters but I dislike the writing style. The slang was very hard to follow and the lack of editing made it difficult to read especially when Robbie and Sean's names kept being switched. I also want there to be some shifting as it is a shifter book. I still don't know if Robbie is a wolf shifter as that wasn't even mentioned. More background information on both of the characters would give more depth to the story. I like how Robbie doesn't try to change Sean and let's him be true to himself. The ending is good and shows the connection between Robbie and Sean that I felt was missing in the rest of the book.

Robbie and Sean language-slang type was not my cup of tea, sorry. It was to much through out the book. It made it hard for me to connect with the characters. The story had a steady pace and seem well written. I have loved all books in the series, was hoping to like this one too.
It was just an okay read for me. This book wasn’t for me. But still hope to read more of the author’s books.

It was an enjoyable read with a good storyline that flowed easily. Robbie and Sean are great characters who had to get through a few obstacles to get to their HEA. I admire Robbie for making a new life for himself after everything he went through.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book. I had a hard time reading this one. The storyline was great but the wording was juvenile. From the previous book to this one I would honestly think 2 different people wrote them.
