This is an extremely convincing book on why to hire people for who they are as opposed to what they are. I also delivers on the qualities that make a salesperson great.

I do find that applying the principle in the book to be very difficult for a small company. In most cases you need a person who has proven they can do the job.

I do think that this is a must read for a person in charge of a hiring at a large company that needs to hire a large quantity of candidates, and not just in sales
