The Renegade Server by Tim Kirkland is exactly what it claims to be. It's a great guide to enhancing a restaurant guest's experience and ways to set yourself apart from the typical server, leading to bigger tips. It's a quick, easy, and informative read.

I have been a server for around 15 years and I was pleasantly surprised to learn some new tricks as well as have some of my own tips deemed worthy of success! I highly recommend this book to anyone who is starting as a server or bartender for the first time. While there is already a lot to remember as a server, just having a reminder of why common sense and human decency are king can push a good server into the realm of great!
