Left feeling wronged

Why do I feel like this after reading the book, you may ask. I nodded my head through most of the book feeling the author gets my situation. Then Wham, she does an about face. Spoiler Alert. When you are ready to hear it's time for a divorce, she says with little explanation, stay put and put up with it. If you are looking for coping tips, forget it. The back of the book refers you to her website for FREE information. What about the information I paid for and didn't get. I do not recommend this book.

This book needed a good editor, specifically one with a command of sentence mechanics and punctuation.

...

All right, I can’t go on with this. The writing is bad, the style is treacly, the information is old and rehashed, and the flow is terrible. She keeps circling a point and never arriving. It reminds me of the time when I tried to flush a cockroach but my toilet wasn’t working right, so the roach just kept going around and around and around.

Life is too short. DNF at 42%.

Highly recommended!

As a survivor of abuse, physical, financial, and emotional; this book helped remind me of where I have been, and who I am. Definitely one book I’ll read every time I need a refresher course on relocating my serenity. Absolutely insightful!

If you are looking for suggestions to heal a marriage, this isn’t the book but if you need to be empowered and validated- this quick read will do just that.

Good book in plain honest terms

The author writes from the heart in direct personal terms. It was a fast read, useful, spot on regarding empowerment and choices.
