If you want to make a crime novel super suspenseful, declare the criminal to the readers right away. After this, all the story becomes a play of cat and mouse and the author makes a brilliant chase.

K.E. Mullins' writing is always fast paced, straightforward and makes you listen to her with a pin drop silence making you sit at the edge of the seat. I have read two books of her already and had enjoyed them pretty well. The flow of the events keeps you engaged to the book from the beginning.

Her characters are very much relatable. You meet them everyday, they live in your neighborhood and specially the people you will never suspect of committing a murder.

Recommended for thriller readers.
