A good and informative book for anyone who interested in nootropics. Would be a 4 stars if two thirds of the book wasn't literally a cookbook. You buy a book about nootropics thinking you will be expanding into neurology, biochemistry, etc... and instead you are taught how to cook f**king turkey tenderloins.
The first 135 pages should be the book then the author should've published another one if he wanted to make a cookbook. Bloating the page number with cooking recipes for almost 2/3 of the book is ridiculous.
I read books until the end. But this is not a good experience.
