There is no point buying this book. It does not have proper explanations for everything, and a lot of it would only make sense after doing the course. But if you are doing the course, they actually give you a booklet that is the same as 3/4 of the book so you don't need the book as well! It does have useful information in it and copies of the guided relaxations, but no need to purchase it for the course.
