Detective Touya solves the case, catches the bad guy, and saves the king's life. And his reward for his troubles is...more trouble because he's now engaged to Princes Yumina. So out OP protagonist keeps finding more ways to display his OP status (like summoning and forming a pact with a heavenly beast) while simultaneously growing an accidental harem (he's up to 4 now). At this point I'm not sure how much of this is pure trope and how much is the gods' interference.
This series is...weird, because our protagonist doesn't experience trouble, everyone around him does and he is somehow able to fix it because god said so. But it is interesting to see an OP character just be OP and still find new and creative ways to use their power, like combining spells or enchanting the Map App on his phone. Also, the Kohaku is cute.
Touya saves the King and the ambassador from Mismede. Touya acquires a fiance and we find that all of the girls are fond of him. Plus, with all of his spells, he can do almost anything.
Thanks for reading my review, and see you next time.
