Mit enorm hohem Erzähltempo werden Bezugspersonen verheizt, Action und Splatter überdecken effektvoll die weitestgehende erzählerische Belanglosigkeit. Der größte Reiz wird aus dem Wissensvorteil der LeserInnen gegenüber den neuen Militärs gewonnen, wobei diese Freude nur kurz währt, da das neue Böse wieder ein so simpel gestricktes Böses ist, dass man es einfach gestürzt sehen möchte. Da hilft auch der zwiespältige Auftritt einer neuen weiblichen Figur wenig.
