Really ? 😞
I couldn't read anymore of this "book" & that's me being nice.
I made it to 28 percent read & then skimmed to the end & read that. It only got worse.
Ali is just out of high school & starting to work. She's saving up for college. Her boss is Charles Domini.
She's working at the office late when her skirt rips & she decides to use his curtains as a cover up. Yep, kind of like a "Gone With The Wind" type thing.
Charles calls & says he's coming back to the office for Ali to be there his flight was cancelled.
When he gets there he demands she take off his curtain, she does, then he demands that she take off her shirt, she does. Then he tells her to bend over the desk & he gets a wooden paddle & proceeds to whip her butt.
Yeah, that was about enough for me. This book was moving into the "50 Shades Of Gray" type area. Not my thing.
I skimmed to the end couple pages & it's all about Ali being submissive & calling her boss "Master".
Really? I found the book (what I read of it) repulsive.

Absolute crap
Fortunately, it's been a long time since I've read a book that was this bad. I would give it 1/2 a star if I could. My bad for continuing to read but I was hoping it would get better. It didn't. I won't be reading anything else from this author.

It was ok
Short and not very sweet. He was overly dominant and she was incredibly submissive. Borderline abusive and dependant. Not a favorite.
