A lot of the findings in this book are not something new to me. I guess one of the reasons why it's the date of its publishing (2017). The book slips on the surface in some parts, although the part about food has few new informations for me (but in my opinion: the presentation of this informations was sometimes very black-and white). I think it really depends on your level of knowledge and experiences in healthy living, clean eating and other self-development topics. The style in which the book is written didn't impress me either (but this may be because of the Czech translation). In summary: the book will be perfect for the people, that are on the start of their self-development journey. If terms like manifestation, affirmations, microbiome etc. don't sound familiar to you, this book has very much to offer. But for people who want to dig deeper... I am not sure, if you will feel satisfaction after reading this book. Not great, not terrible.
A bit of a lacklustre book. It outlines some useful and some not-so-useful practices to help you become healthier and happier. Somewhat outdated and some of the principles and practices are godawful. A bit simplistic. There are much better holistic wellbeing books out there!
Pro někoho kdo zrovna trochu v životě tápe- super. (ale ja nejsem vhodna cilovka motivacnich knih, nebo co to je vlastne za zanr, obcas se premuzu protoze to je strasne trendy a zas a znova se presvedcim o tom ze fakt neee)
