Paislee Richards loves the life she has created for herself as a rock-climbing guide at River's End Ranch. Her coworkers are like her family, and they make her laugh. She can't imagine being as happy anywhere else.
Logan Harrison has been on the road for months, not knowing where he belongs. When he gets a call from his old friend Wes Weston asking if he'll come guide rock-climbing tours on the ranch Logan visited as a teen, he jumps at the chance.
Logan has finally found a place where he could be happy staying . . . but he also might be the enticement to take Paislee away from the path she loves.
Amelia C. Adams is a wife, a mother, and a novelist. She spends her days dreaming up stories and her nights writing them down. Her biggest hero is her husband, and you might just see bits and pieces of him as you read her novels.
She loves all things historical and enjoys learning about days gone by, but she's glad she was born more recently (she won't say how recently or not recently) because the Internet is awesome, and she's glad she doesn't have to wash her clothes by hand in a galvanized tub. She has hit Amazon bestseller status twice, once for A Clean Slate and once for A Clear Hope.
This was a good book in a great series. I enjoyed the story but it was to rushed in the end. I love a good instalove story but the entire book was lead in to them getting to know each other then boom they get engaged and book ends. At least give an epilogue that is a year down the road showing them happy and together.
I still recommend the series and the book. This one just wasn’t as good as the others. A few tweaks and it would of been.
Paislee’s Path brings two people together who, on the surface, may seem like they’re still hung up on their individual ex’s but really they’re afraid to trust their instincts about people again. When you’ve made a really bad choice in a loved one before it’s not always easy to trust that you won’t make that same mistake again. Logan and Paislee fit well together, and even if their romance seems to move quickly, it’s also the feel of being right for them – and really, that’s all that matters.
It was fun to get to see Caleb and Daniel again, along with some of the boys we know from the Seven Sons series. I loved Hunter’s shirt, and yes, I also love when series cross sometimes – it gives a good feel of connection all around. Glad to see that Jaclyn is on better terms with the fairies as well. And we get the chance to meet up with some old friends as well. I enjoyed Paislee’s Path, it’s an interesting story with lively and relatable characters. I’d definitely recommend this story and series to any Contemporary Romance reader.
I read this title through my Kindle Unlimited subscription.
They're hung up on their exes. They love each other. He hasn't found "home", yet he doesn't want to leave. There is absolutely no flow to the characters personalities or the story line. Add a psycho old lady into the mix and the book is a complete and utter waste of time.
Rock climbing and friends from another series and glimpses of family from previous tales mixed with the fairies and characters that make you smile and even laugh are worth an evening of reading!
This is a passionate adventure of two soul that find each other because of that passion for rock climbing and love. You must read about these adorable characters and heartwarming story.
These stories are always good. I've enjoyed the entire series and the connecting ones. Love how they are the same but also totally different. Carrying the main characters forward but bringing new ones into play. Waiting for the next one!
Doofus, from the Latin word Doofus Nincompoopus! Beat line ever!! Love this series and Amelia C. Adams brings such life to the characters. So happy to see some people from McLain's ranch there enjoying themselves. I've been worried about those boys.
Logan and Paislee/rock climber Another great story in this series that is filled with fun, love and intrigue. The story progressed steadily, has well developed characters and a very happy and satisfying HEA!!
One series of books I never get tired of reading. Paislee is one of the rock climber guides at River's End Ranch. Logan is the new hire and when they meet for the first time there is an attraction between them. But Logan has some baggage.
This story keeps you wanting to read it until the end. I loved the rock climbing part. It is such a popular sport. Falling in love and just knowing the feeling so fast is so romantic. A other great story. You will not want to stop reading .
New man divorced and recommends ex as guide for rock climbing snce they needed someone. She want to start a new business with him and he's likes being with pasilee.after some heavy thinking and talking to jacklyn he knows where he needs to be.
I lived the plot of the story however the length of the love at first sight to engage was a little two short for me. I did appreciate that the cheating ex had no chance at winning the guy back.
I love it when I get to revisit people I have met in other stories. A brief glimpse of the McLains was great. If you have never read their stories, no problem, but it was great to revisit old friends!
The River's End Ranch series is one of my favorite. This story started out a bit slow. But all of a sudden, I was into it completely. The book could be a stand alone read.
I really enjoy this series. Each book gives more insight into the ranch and the people that live and work there. I always look forward to the next book.
What a wonderful book. So many good things. Fun people, Jaclyn and fairies are talking again, piggy high jinks, Seven Sons included. Loved the proposal.
I adore this series. The hare gets are so endearing. I feel like I know them personally! Start from the beginning and read every book. I promise it’s worth it.
Paislee & Logan A new member of the rock climbing team is hired (hot bod!) but why does his ex-wife need to be hired as a temporary employee? Is the ex-wife here to work or cause trouble?
