A little novella (about 30 pages or so) to introduce the male characters in this series. I'm interested enough in them to see who brings them to their knees and how their respective careers turn out.

Hear novella
Piper Rayne's books are some of my favorites. I have read them all several times. So when I saw I new novella , hey had to have it and happy I did. It is a fun little glimpse into how Leo, Vance and Jaggar all got to be such good friends. It also reminds me it's time to take a stroll thru Climax Cove again and also to re-read some me Dirty Truth ...the series that is.

This is a nice prequel to introduce us to Vance (The Manny), Leo (Doggie Style), and Jagger (Chore Play). It’s was nice to see how they all met each other and became friends. It is a real short and quick read, I would recommend it but it is not necessary to read this before the rest of the series.

Whether before or after I read a series, I love the prequels from Piper Rayne.
It’s always great to get that glimpse of how the characters come into the parts of their lives we read on their stories and I also think they are a great starting point if you’re new to this amazing duo.
Adrift takes us to different times in the lives of Vance, Leo and Jagger, the hot bachelors from the Dirty Truth series and how these men came to be friends. It’s a short, fun read opening the door to life before these men found their HEAs.

Great prequel
Great little read. I read this after I'd read the series. It didn't really add anything I didn't already know due to reading the books, but it was nice to see how they all became friends.
If I was to have read this before reading the series it would of given some hints and clues to the characters we were going to me and a bit of what we were going to get, but no matter where it's read its still great to read about characters that I love.

This is a perfect companion to the Dirty Truth series. I wish it had been out closer to when the series had been released but that's my me and my foggy memory. :-) It's always fun to visit Vance, Leo and Jagger! This gives us a glimpse of what they were up to before the series started and how they met.

Great way to dip your toes into the Dirty Truth Series and see how these three men started their friendship. It’s a quick read and fast paced but that’s a novella and it opens up the options to decide which of the men you’ll want to read about first. I personally can’t wait to hear all their stories and find out WHATS IN THE BLACK BOX?!

Enjoyable Start to the Series
I liked this start to the series it was a quick easy read. You get to meet each of the three main characters Leo, Vance, and Jagger. It gives the reader insight on how they became friends and where they started. I really liked the story and look forward to reading more from the author.

Not much happens in this. It's just a background to set up the three men who meet and form a fast friendship before (I'm sure) each get this own book. Though there's not much there, it's enough to make me curious about the characters--especially Leo of the actor-turned-"Canine Couture" customer dog clothes business owner--and find out how they each make their own way in LA.

Got this as a free book. Good intro to the three main guys. I did not realize this was a prequel before I finished the book haha... but it is definitely interesting and I wouldn't mind reading further into their individual stories.

It will be interesting to see the path these three men lives continue in. This gives you good details about each character that will be in the series and it also peeks you interest to want to know what happens next.

This was a fun introduction to Vance, Leo and Jagger. It was nice to get to know them as young up and coming men in the world before jumping into the lives they created for themselves. They are already making me laugh and I know that will only get better as I really get to know them.

Just a prequil. I dislike reading a short story that really goes nowhere then you need to buy at least another three books to get the true story that could have been consolidated into one novel.
