It's a really good and accessible introduction to studying sleep from biological, behavioural and clinical perspectives by one of the greats. It's pretty enjoyable to read, but also covers a lot of ground thoroughly. The only drawback is that it's slightly dated, and that shows from time to time. Still though if you want a good quality intro and a quick and enjoyable read, it's definitely worth it in 2017.
