Needing a job in between jobs for 6 weeks Ainsley Draper responds to an add to assist new parents with child care for newborn quadruplets. She gets more than she bargained for when she finds that the babies mother suffers from postpartum depression and anxiety and spends most of her time in her room away from the babies. The father is gone all day taking care of his ranch leaving Ainsley to take on full care of the babies. She does get some afternoon help from the quads handsome Uncle Marshall Graham.
Ainsley soon learns that the babies are the easiest part of her new job. They quickly adapt to the schedule she sets up for them. The adults in the babies lives are a different story, making things more complicated as the days go by. Would Ainsley be able to prepare the parents to take on the responsibility of these precious babies after she leaves. Will she be able to resist her growing attraction she feels for Marshall.
This story was a very nice Christmassy read. It also was a clean read which I liked. Near the end I was bought to tears by the stress that Ainsley had to endure for the sake of the babies . Readers who enjoy Love Inspired books will want to read this book.

"I've been a distant second my entire life."

Ainsley Draper takes a job as baby nurse to a precious set of quadruplets. Their mother doesn't seem able to care for them and their rancher daddy is too busy running the ranch to do much. Their uncle, Marshall Graham, has taken over baby duty while trying to work the ranch, too. Ainsley only has 6 weeks before she begins nursing school, a dream she is not about to give up. But Marshall throws her for a loop, even though she tries to fight the attraction. Both Ainsley and Marshall have a serious load of pain left over from their childhood, and neither especially wants to admit the hurt and move forward. But God has other plans for their lives. I'm so glad of that!

Jill Kemerer adds to her Wyoming Cowboy series with this one and it is a great read! Wonderful characters and a sensitive but good plot which she handles very, very well. Recommended.

“If God isn't number one in your life, something needs to change.”

Tender and emotional, I think you will get caught up in the lives of Marshall, Ainsley, Belle and Raleigh as they struggle to find a new “normal”. You will definitely fall in love with these precious babies; Max and Ben, Grace and Lila. They stole the show for me! This deals with some hard hitting subjects, and the author handles them with the kind of grace I've come to expect from her. All while showing the reader that God still loves us when we struggle, and He'll always be there to comfort and guide. Even as He prods those tender spots in our lives!

Can they move past their own baggage to find love?

I'm relatively new to Jill Kemerer's delightful romances having only started with the Wyoming Cowboys series but I am already more than hooked. Like its predecessors, Wyoming Christmas Quadruplets was another enjoyable read from one of my favorite Love Inspired romance authors.

If you are in the mood for a sweet, romantic, holiday read this is the book for you. With a touching theme of forgiveness, of others as well as one's self, that is quite timely with the holidays around the corner.

Don't miss Wyoming Christmas Quadruplets or any of the other books in Jill Kemerer's lovely romantic Wyoming Cowboys series.

This is the second Jill Kemerer novel I've read and enjoyed. A nice sweet romance. What I admired most about this story was the no-holding-back of the Christian faith elements--not overbearing or slight.

The babies in this book were just adorable, and I really liked the twist on the nanny trope -- that it was the babies' uncle who ended up with the nanny, and not their dad. 🎄

Cuteness overload on that cover!!! And you might think it promises a light, fluffy, holiday read but you'd be wrong! Kemerer tackles some hard-hitting issues with grace and hope. Ainsley and Marshall are survivors of family dysfunction, but still carry the scars from their childhoods. It's particularly hard for Marshall to come to grips with his past and what he needs to do in order to secure a healthy future -- both for himself and his sister. This is a slice of real life and the author handles everything with compassionate sensitivity.

Having said all that, there's something about a clueless cowboy willing to take on baby duty x 4 because of brotherly devotion. He's clearly out of his element -- and knows it! Which is why he's hired a nurse to help until Christmas. He just didn't expect that nurse to be so...alluring. Snatching moments between baby wrangling isn't an easy way to conduct a romance but where there's a will there's a way...even if it's a convoluted, angst-riddled journey to a happily ever after!

The cover is the cutest! And throughout the book these adorable babies lighten the mood of the story.

Yes, this is not a cozy Christmas tale. But it is a story that needs to be told. I have not come across many holiday reads that deal with serious issues like postpartum depression or unhealthy codependency between siblings.

After years of trying to "fix" her alcoholic father, Ainsley Draper has finally put her needs and dreams first and is making steps to become a nurse. She takes a temporary job as a nanny and from the start realizes that things are not right in her employer's family.

This story has so many layers of various hurts, past and present, all the main characters have to work through. To watch (yes, watch! and not merely read) them face their ghosts and deal with their dysfunctions was beautiful; hard at times, but beautiful.

This is a serious rather than a feel-good story set around Christmas time, but it is one of my favorites now.

Love love and love! One of the hardest lessons in life that we'll ever learn is that we can't fix people, no matter how much we love them or how hard we try. It's about letting go and letting God take over the situation even though at times it feels like it's going to kill us. But as always He knows exactly what that person needs better than we do, and in His timing and in His own way our prayers could be answered in ways we never dreamed possible. And in the process He changes us as well, helps us to trust Him when all hope seems lost and there can't possibly be a way out of this. He is and always has been in the miracle business. That will never ever change.

The parents of the quads seemed overwhelmed, but also didn't seem to take much responsibility for them and expected Marshall to most of the work. I loved how Ainsley came in and helped get them organized, The ending was sweet and I definitely would like to read more of this series sometime.

Having just read a dark story filled with dangerous psychopaths, I thought I would settle my brain by reading a sweet romance. Um, things didn’t quite go as planned. This book is not a sweet, sappy romance as it deals with very serious issues like postpartum depression and codependency.

In this exceptionally touching story, Marshall Graham has uprooted his life to help his twin sister Bella with her month-old quadruplets. Bella is experiencing serious issues and cannot care for the babies. Her husband Raleigh is keeping himself busy on the ranch he runs. He simply seems to have no idea what to do. Feeling incredibly responsible for his sister, Marshall has hired someone to assist him in caring for the babies.

Ainsley Draper is working on her nursing degree, and is waiting on word for a new job. She takes the temporary position of caring for the adorable set of quadruplets. When she knocks at their door, she stares up into the eyes of a drop-dead cowboy. Oh no. There is no way is she going to work with a man she is immediately attracted to. However, Ainsley quickly learns that Marshall is the Uncle. But, where are the parents?

Ever resourceful, Ainsley quickly assesses the situation by creating a marvelous system that shows immediate results. But, that is only the tip of the iceberg. Without even a moment to query her attraction to Marshall, Ainsley sees a great level of dysfunction in the household. She has deep concern for Belle and her disconnect from the babies. The father is notably absent, working very hard on the ranch, and Marshall is juggling everything, almost taking full responsibility.

During her stay, Ainsley draws close to Marshall. They go beyond caring for the babies. They manage to share meals, and even have the opportunity to worship together. However, as mentioned at the beginning of this review, there are very serious issues going on, and raw experiences and feelings are explored throughout.

Oh, was I brought to tears. In every romance there must be conflict. It is a necessary formula to make a story work. While as a reader I knew that things would eventually work out for Marshall and Ainsley, it seemed impossible on many levels. The moment that I realized how things would flow, my heart almost melted. But there were moments when I truly bawled. My emotions were a mix of sadness and joy.

Wyoming Christmas Quadruplets Is a warm holiday story where the author definitely was not afraid to touch on the aforementioned issues, as well as alcoholism and abuse. Jill Kemerer also brought in faith and hope. I was quite moved by this story and hope to acquire the first two books to read and to continue on with the series.

Many thanks to Harlequin Love Inspired and to NetGalley for this ARC to review. This is my honest opinion.

This was one of those books that I opened it and once I started reading it was all about the characters and the babies. Oh yes the babies. So many babies. It was so nice to read a sweet romance and have it have a full storyline. Uncle Marshall is a rugged cowboy who is more used to tractor parts and cows (now) than babies, yes Lots of BABIES he has come home to help his sister Ainsley who gave birth to quadruplets. Marshall and Ainsley have been close for reasons you will find out inside the book (not from me) so him being there, well makes sense. Her husband is there, sort of. You can read that as well. Yep I am that kind of reviewer. Then we have Belle. Belle has been hired to help with the babies but she sparks something with Marshall that he never thought he would feel.
Author, Jill Kemerer gives us a true look into the life of young quadruplets. Mot only that we see what life is like when you are living away from other people, outside of town. Ainsley has some other issues that our author touches on that many young moms have as well and she writes it with compassion and understanding. The book is well written although for me it is a bit slow at times. This was the first book I have read by this author and I look forward to reading more books from her. Oh and before I forget it has a wonderful Christmas theme to it. I love reading Christmas books and there is a wonderful Christmas idea inside this book that I am already planning to recreate this year inside my small apartment. See if you can figure out what it is when you read this book.

I was a little leery of this book based on the title even though the cover is darling. However, Jill Kremerer is a favorite author so I read it anyway. I'm so glad that I did. I was worried that it would be kind of cliche but it wasn't. Jill tackled the serious issue of postpartum depression as well as the issues of co dependency and guilt. This is a very gripping book. Marshall feels guilt for not being there to protect his twin sister when they were teens so when she had quadruplets, he quits his job and comes to work at her ranch so he can help her with the babies. Belle, his sister, shows no interest in the babies and just stays in her room all day. Raleigh, Belle's husband, can't deal with his wife's disinterest of the babies or the babies so Marshall is stuck taking care of them 24/7. He is exhausted and his former foster mother recommends Ainsley as the babies' nurse. Ainsley is waiting to hear on a new job and about getting into nursing school so she has 6 weeks she can work. She has no idea what she's getting into but soon realizes what a mess this crew has going on. She is, however, drawn to Marshall and just can't walk away. As Marshall, Ainsley, Belle, and Raleigh begin to work through their issues, you see change coming. I felt for all of them and cheered them on the entire time I was reading this book. Oh, and by the way, the babies are just precious.
I did receive a copy of this book from the author.

My Review: I received a complimentary copy via Netgalley, the following is my honest review. This book had me at the title, Wyoming and Christmas (yes I know it is only September but I am so ready to get the Christmas spirit going). There were certainly some really great things in this book, but also some not so fantastic things. This book gets very religious and gets a little pushy about it too, normally this is a no-go issue for me but I am letting it go because of the holiday season, even I get a little more religious. I also felt like this was part of a series, like maybe we should have known more about the other couples mentioned in the story, but it isn't linked on Goodreads to a series. Now, let's have some good news, I really appreciate the inclusion of PPD in this book, not everyone is happy, thrilled and madly in love with their newborn babies, sometimes it is a bit hormonal but sometimes it is more (and there needs to be more openness about this because there is not enough knowledge out there for general public). I also really liked Ainsley's dedication to her path, it is a struggle to be that strong, but she does it well and still manages to portray hope. This is a good clean romance to curl up with during the holiday season.

Reading the back summary might give you the sense that this is a simple, fall-in-love story between the two main characters, Ainsley and Marshall. However, it is anything but that. Yes, there is the initial “boom” moment of attraction but it is far from uncomplicated.
Ainsley accepts a position to help care for 4 babies...that’s right, 4! She has a plan, she knows what she is doing, but she had no idea what she was getting into. There are two secondary characters that throw a knot into the story. Read the book yourself to gain a wonderful reading experience. I hate giving it away!
Jill Kemerer did a wonderful job making it go beyond the typical cookie cutter Love Inspired story by interweaving more than one complicated relationship and personal struggles. Seeing a little background to two of the characters and seeing how those around them cope and grow with them through it, was wonderful.
I would definitely recommend this book and I suggest you buy it now! Its never too early for Christmas-themed stories. Receiving a copy of this book in no way influenced my review. I’m usually a little more honest in my reviews then some authors might like.

Ainsley is trying to make it as a nurse and until that can happen shes going ton take care of some quadruplets during the Christmas season. What she wasn't expecting was absentee parents, and a doting uncle taking care of the children.

This was an interesting book I loved getting to see the different family dynamics. I loved learning about both Ainsley and Marshall's past and why they act a certain way in this book. It was interesting Ainsley take on how Marshall's family was it was obvious that he wanted what was best for everyone especially for his sister. It was a little too much when it came to his sister, I get why he was a certain way because of their history but it was too much. I liked seeing how helpful Ainsley was with the family she really did try to improve their situation as much as she possibly could. I loved seeing the attraction form between Marshall and Ainsley it was sweet. Its also a clean holiday romance so if you like that as much as I do then you'll want to pick up this book. Overall pretty good book I really enjoyed it!

Who are Marshall & Ainsley? What question has been asked by Marshall? We meet some neat characters, such as: Belle, Ben, Max, Grace, & Lila. When Ainsley arrives at Belle and Raleigh's place, what happens? What craziness ensues? How quickly does Ainsley get things in order? As we move through this book, we touch on some Domestic Violence issues and Mental Health related issues. It can be a tough read in some areas! The question then comes up as, "Do people see what is going on, or do they bury their heads in the sand?" You will have to read this story to see what happens. Enjoy the story and have tissues at the ready!

I really enjoyed this one. What not to like? Cute cowboy trying to take care of 4 cute quadruplets and a nanny that's all about what's best for the little ones. Yes. This one is a cute one. I've also learned a few tricks on taking care of babies! Heartwarming and thoughtful, Wyoming Christmas Quadrulplets touched on some serious and sometimes overlooked issues. From post partum depression to emotional baggage, our characters have more than they can handle. Yet, it's learning to listen and relinquish control, accepting that oneself cannot fix everything, that is what this story hit the nail on the head with. A story that will bring smiles, warm fuzzy in the heart but also a message that's loud and clear, it is not one to miss.

Loved this book!! It deals with co-dependency and postpartum depression. Ainsley's wanted to be a nurse for years, and she's finally got a chance at getting into the program if she can just get a job at the hospital after Christmas. Until then, she's signed on to "help" care for newborn quadruplets. When she arrives at the ranch, she meets Marshall. The longer she's at the ranch, the more she realizes that Belle has postpartum depression, but no one else acknowledges it. Ainsley's already lost her heart to the four babies, and to Marshall, but she knows she can't stay any longer when Belle fires her, no matter how much she wants to, and no matter that Marshall and Raleigh say Belle will apologize. Will Belle get the help she needs, will the babies suffer, will Marshall continue to put his own life on hold, or will both Raleigh and Belle step up and be the parents they wanted to be and should be?

Wyoming Christmas Quadruplets by Jill Kemerer. Ainsley Draper goes to a ranch to help with quadruplets. The mother has PPD but won't go see a doctor. She is not bonding with the kids. The father is having a hard time dealing with the kids, his wife and running the ranch. The uncle, Marshall Graham, has been helping his twin sister with the babies. He will do anything for her. Ainsley and Marshall have feeling for each other but Ainsley won't do anything about it because Marshall's sister comes first with him. Ainsley leaves the ranch. Marshall realizes he isn't helping his sister and her husband by being there, so he leaves. His sister and her husband have to deal with the babies. His sister then gets help. A very good read.

Wyoming Christmas Quadruplets
By: Jill Kemerer
Wyoming Christmas Quadruplets is a Love Inspired novel by Jill Kemerer. I was captured right at the start and did not want to put it down. I caught myself several times with tears in my eyes and other times I was smiling. This is a heartwarming story that touched my heart, tender and very emotional. A young lady takes on the job of baby nurse to Quadruplets. She wants to help these babies. An uncle to the babies is also helps out with them. I fell in love with these babies and they stole my heart. This story deals with some hard hitting issues and the author did a great job on the story and the characters.
I was given a complimentary copy of this book, but was not told that I had to give positive review. All opinions are my own.

What an adorable cover and what an overwhelming situation! Four babies to take care of at one time? The premise of this book drew me in, and the sweet babies, super-organized and efficient nanny, and self-sacrificing and tender hero kept me turning pages to see how they would handle this. Jill Kemerer is adept at creating realistic, engaging characters and interesting settings. All of the main characters in this book were hurting, broken people with traumatic pasts that they hadn’t quite gotten over yet. I loved how the author showed healing and how big doses of faith, forgiveness, grace, and mercy can overcome many of life’s problems.

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy. All opinions are my own.

Ohh, this was SUCH a fun read! Jill Kemerer has outdone herself on the Wyoming Christmas Quadruplets.

Ainsley's biggest obstacle is a character trait Marshall shares with her father ~ the one that forced her to distance himself from her only living family. On the other hand, Marshall is so entwined with his twin sister, he won't even allow himself the liberty to consider a future life for himself.

Marshall's sister is disinterested in her four infants for much of the book, allowing for many points of conflict with all parties involved. Loved this read, highly recommend Wyoming Christmas Quadruplets by Jill Kemerer.

This one was different to say the least and at times difficult. The romance between Ainsley and Marshall is sweet, but I wanted to slap the quads dad, Raleigh, and honestly their mom too. It is evident and made clear that she is dealing with Post Mortem Depression. IN NO WAY am I discounting that, but the fact that her husband ignore all the obvious signs.. and trust me in this story the signs were many and obvious.. bothered me. Neither parent wanted to actual parent their babies.

At times I wanted to shake Marshall too for enabling their behavior, but I honestly could see why he did it... especially since walking away could leave 4 infants without adequate care.

The ending was a bit rush also.. but it did end well.

When Ainsley agrees to help a new mother with her quadruplets, the last thing she expects to find is the baby's uncle caring for them -- and their mother hiding out in her room. After Ainsley realizes the mother has problems of her own to deal with, she tries to convince her to visit her doctor, but instead Ainsley ends up getting fired! In the meantime, what will happen to the four wee babes?

I don't want to ruin the story for you, so let me stop here -- and encourage you to read this sweet story for yourself.

Happy reading!

While waiting for admittance to the nursing program at the University of Wyoming Ainsley Draper takes a six week nanny job for a family with 5 week old quadruplets. She finds a very dysfunctional family with both parents leaving much of the care to an exhausted uncle. He welcomes the help but makes excuses for the mother, his sister, and her distant husband. Needless to say, Ainsley has trouble keeping out of the family’s problems. Everyone had issues and history as well as Ainsley. A little too much is going on here.

I liked this novel which was a safe, quick, light read. Marshall Graham has a problem dealing with his sister who is postmenopausal and her four babies, but he does his best. He is a caretaker who has to learn that his grown sister has to be responsible for herself, her marital relationship, and her babies. Ainsley Draper enters the picture as a nursemaid for a few weeks to help Marshall and his sister devise a manageable routine for life with the four babies. She likes Marshall but has concerns over his attachment to his sister. This novel had an interesting story which kept me involved.
