Fantasy has always been a large part of my life. From the first moment my father read The Hobbit aloud to me as a child, I was completely hooked on the genre. Every book I've read since then, every video game I've played, and every film I've watched has only increased my love and fascination for the world of dragons, elves and other mystical beings. It should therefore come as no surprise that I would want to contribute to that vast world.

Dragon Guardian: Fire marks the beginning of my Dragon Guardian series, in which I bring to life a world and characters that have been growing within my imagination for fourteen years. This series truly is my life's work.

When I'm not writing, I can be found spending time with my husband and daughter in Minnesota where we make our home with our two very spoiled cats.

The second book in the series is a much stronger book than the first. The author seems to be finding her voice, and the action scenes are particularly well plotted.

The character of Marin evolves quite a bit in this book as she comes face to face with some particularly tough decisions. Her companions are also written more strongly and with better detail. The plot has a few more welcome twists and turns, and the connection between Marin and the elemental dragons gets a bit more of an explanation. I look forward to reading the next book in the series!

This story is stronger than the first, and it's obvious that the author has truly found her voice. Characters are further developed and new characters are introduced over the course of this emotional roller coaster; and when I say it's emotional, I MEAN it. You will laugh, and you WILL cry. Be sure to have tissues with you, because you WILL need them!

This is the second book I was glad to get to read in this series and I will say that its stronger than the first one but let me say that it is also just as breathtaking. Now she is going to be with two dragons, How will she get through that.

Bloody Pirates, just when I thought things couldn't get any more intense. Boom it does and I am not ashamed to day this book had me crying, then turn around and had me laughing until I could hardly breath.

Anyone who loves dragon book will want this.

And lets see how she explains... L.O.V.E
