Rate this book
Janie Dell has always wondered about the shifter world. Sheltered by her parents and now out on her own, she seeks out a shifter male in hopes to find out if reality is as good as her fantasy.

Brian Carter has dated human and shifter women. And though many had caught his attention, the infatuation was always short lived and lacking what he really needed.

When Gerri meets Janie she is certain that she has the perfect mate for her. And after a brief introduction between Brian and Janie, the two begin what Gerri believes will be a lasting relationship. But, not all is what it seems. Before long the two will test one another’s boundaries, limits, and desires.

Reviewed at Shifter Haven

Brian has been a player, using Gerri’s matchmaking service almost like a hook-up service. He loses interest after the sexual encounter and keeps asking for another match. Gerri has had enough and cut him off… at least for now. Janie is a human who has not found a man she can connect with. Shifters have always fascinated her and her fantasy is to connect with a big cat shifter. She also turns to Gerri but masks her curiosity in more than an open hook-up experience. Whether it’s a touch of sweet revenge on Brian, or a true feeling that these two would match perfectly no one knows but Gerri – still, she pairs them and lets the cards or the romance fall where it will.

While I enjoyed the idea of this story there are so many things that simply do not fit for me. Gerri does not make those kind of mistakes, that’s a proven fact throughout the PDA series. Yet, she’s been matching Brian with several women? And none have been his mate? I just could not fall into this one, and to be frank, never really liked Janie or Brian enough to connect to them. They each had an agenda, one that I couldn’t buy. There is no mention of their being mates and we’re left with what I’d call a happy for now ending. Yes, they have a zing to them but I never felt like these two characters were meant for each other.

There is an audience for Catch A tiger who will be very happy with this story. And it’s a good story but for me it’s more of a 3.5 which I’ll round up. in my postings. There is usually a feeling of fate with the Paranormal Dating Agency that I simply didn’t feel here. That’s a personal opinion. My suggestion is to try this story for yourself, only you know if you’d enjoy it.

I read this title through my Kindle Unlimited subscription.

I'm not quite sure how this book is suppose to fit into Milly's PDA series. The way this author wrote the dating scenes and Gerri is nothing like we are use to.
First, Gerri knows who matches perfectly and who doesn't. She wouldn't just set Brian up with random freakin women.
Secondly, WHERE'S THE MATES!!!??? Gerri is all about finding mates but there is nothing in regard to Brian and Janie mating? Heck he never even brings up the topic or thinks about it.
Third, When did Gerri get an office and assistant? She works out of her apartment.
And lastly, what the heck was the deal with the morning after? Either there were typos or Brian spaced out when Janie was talking I mean here's the conversation:
"A bride and groom, huh? Is that your subtle womanly hint that you're ready to walk down the aisle?"
She laughed. "No. I'm just answering your question. I've always found them the sexiest of the shifters. I've never really understood why. It's just the way it is. Besides, you are a tiger aren't you?"

Umm.. WHAT?

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure this author has read one book from Milly's PDA world. If she has then she needs to go back and re-read because this is nothing like the Gerri Wilder we all know and love.

Perfection to Me

Thinking about what I was reading it was a little to grasp that the tiger doesn't know that a woman is his mate, but the more I read the story I loved that it wasn't rushed. I love the feeling that I am watching two people fall in love. Everything is moving at a slow pace.

Although there was really no action, or a lot of drama. She told the story rather well and I would love to see more of this story.

Not what i was expecting.

A good read, but seemed a bit rushed. A player turned his life around he found his mate. A women looking for a good time not knowing what she wants. Wish there was a better ending but otherwise a good book to read

Loved it

This novella is a cute and wonderful read. This is perfect for a beach read. You will laugh and get angry at Brian but it all works out in the end.
