RAZAEL I am one of the Fallen, an angel in shadow… and Lust was the Sin that doomed me. My most trusted shadow angeling has miraculously returned to the Light—and everything is chaos because of it. All my Regiment want their shot at Redemption. But I’ve got a war to prosecute, two pregnant humans to protect, and the nagging demon of doubt to battle. My angelings may find their way to the Light again, but I am angel—and a Warrior class Seraphim does not return to the Light once he Falls. But being angel means the allure of humans is even greater for me than my angelings. I’ve warned them to stay away from the human women we’re protecting, but I am the one their Virtues sing to most strongly...
EDEN All I’ve ever wanted was a family… instead I got a nightmare. Having a baby of my own was a dream that would never come true—cancer stole that dream from me. So I worked in daycare and planned to adopt some day. Then an incredibly handsome man promised the impossible—a child of my own. I should have known it was a bargain with the devil, and that devil made me pay. Now, I live for the baby growing in my womb, but it’s all I can do to hold together the shattered pieces of my mind until the baby comes… and pray the baby’s demon father doesn’t come for me again.
In a war that threatens mortals and immortals alike, those in shadow have the most to lose—if the Warrior Angels awaken, it will spell their doom. But if Redemption might be found through love, not war… could even an immortal angel resist temptation?
FALLEN ANGELS is a follow-on series from the bestselling FALLEN IMMORTALS series. It contains sexy hot angels of light—and shadow.
The continuation from “Asa - Fallen Angel 3” into this book “Razael - Fallen Angel 4” is smooth and flawless, there are character crossovers but each book is complete/standalone. This is a wonderful, intriguing book that grabs your attention and keeps it till the last page is turned and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. This book is about: the conflict that is escalating between the angels of light & the angels of shadows, and the human race that is caught up in the conflict. What you will find in this book is: angels, human females, fae, dragons, drama, intrigue, suspense, twists & turns, adventure, action, war, danger, captives, violations, cruelty, greed, ambushes, defiance, conflict, death, blessings, safety, wards, traps, failure, found, lust, love, passion, redemption and a few steamy scenes. The story-line is impressive and well-written, the plot is intriguing and keeps the reader’s attention. The characters are well developed and realistic with their feelings. I would recommend this book.
This is the 4th Alisa Woods book that I have read. It is my favorite, so far. As I have read each book in the series the next book that I read always becomes my next favorite. In other words, the series just gets better and better. I am a huge paranormal romance fam. I have not, however, read any angel books. Most of the books I have read have been about vampires, witches, werewolves, or the fae. I have also read a lot of time travel books. This is the first angel series I have read.
I am really enjoying the series and will go back and read others that I have not read by this author, especially, the dragon series that proceeded this series. Plus, I Now I have a burning desire to read other fictional angel books. I really didn't need to add to the list of books I want to read. It is already epically long. Despite that, i am looking forward to all the fabulous reading in my future. I will never be bored as long as I have plenty of good books to read.
A very good addition to the series. Razael is an angel, not an angeling. He's Erelah's father and he's fallen, so he's in the shadow realm. His sin was lust. While in the shadow realm he meets Eden, the human Elyon has captured and impregnated. She's broken in her spirit and lives only to give birth to her child. After a vicious attack by Elyon leaves her bleeding and dying, Razael saves her life and helps her body and her soul heal. To keep her safe he takes her to the "house of Smoke" a fortress where the dragon princes live with their wives and children. As Elyon continues trying to find her and wages a war upon the angelings, Eden continues to heal and finds herself falling in love with Razael.
Razael (Fallen Angels 4) - Paranormal Romance 5 HOT STARS
Can a Fallen Angel find redemption? What kind of woman will find her way to the heart of the leader of a Dark Regiment? This is the story of Razael, a Dark Angel and Eden, a human with the beauty of an angel. Alisa Woods is a Master Storyteller who has created a world that will keep you reading on the edge of your seat, your ereader steaming and with sexy bits that will keep you reading late into the night.
For the complete enjoyment of the Fallen Angels series I strongly recommend that you read the books in the order written. Micah the 5th book in the Fallen Angels series is the next book in the series and is available at all the usual retailers.
The war against Elyon and his shadow angelings rages on in this fourth installments of the Fallen Angels series. Razael continues to protect Eden and Ren from the vengeful angel who will stop at nothing to not only get what he views as his property back, but to plunge the world in darkness. Eden is broken by Elyon and Razael is broken by his past, will the two be able to help each heal and will Razael and his angelings by enough to stop Elyon? This is an exciting non-stop read with plenty of action, heart felt drama and twists to keep you on the edge to the end. I volunteered to read this book.
Razael is a fallen angel. His fall was from list. Elyon is also a fallen angel that only likes to use his power to torture. No one likes him, not even his own regiment. Eden is human and seduced by Elton then tortured fun his amusement. Razael is fascinated by her but doesn't think he is worthy. In the meantime the war goes on, between light and dark forces. Can Razael rescue and keep Eden safe? Will they finally bring this war to an end, without waking the Warrior Angels, who will bring destruction to everything? This book is very exciting and I found it hard to put down!
This is the 4th book in the series and although it can be read as a stand-alone, I believe you will enjoy it more reading them in order. Eden wanted a baby more than anything but cancer took away her option to conceive. She had planned to adopt until a handsome stranger said he could help her, now she is in hell. Can Razael save her? This is a fast-paced read with lots of drama and suspense, it takes you to a world filled with the light battling the dark/good versus evil. Looking forward to more in the series, great characters and an entertaining story. I really liked it!
Razael is my favorite story in the Fallen Angels Series. He is a full fledged Angel who fell from Lust, but still shines with virtues. He takes in 2 pregnant human women and 2 Angeling babies from Elyons nurseries. Eden was seduced by Elyon to make a child, and then she became his favorite to abuse. She turned into herself for escape, but she was drawn out by Razael.
Oh yes, this series just keeps getting better. The author has brought us through several angeling stories and now she gives us an angel's tale. Our emotions run the full spectrum from agony to joy. As the main storyline continues on, this more intimate tale gives the characters hope for their own happy ending.
I received an ARC of this story and have voluntarily chosen to review it here
This series is a spin off of the Dragon series. It isn't necessarily to read the Dragon series first, but it adds to the story to know the back story. This is an intense and intriguing book. With each book the tension grows. I look forward to reading the next book in this series.
Another great story about love and the long hard fight to win it. I was hoping there would be a story about Razael and hoping Eden would be his match, they are perfect together.
At first I thought this this series was an okay one, but after reading this book I am really enjoying it. I liked the first two books, but I enjoyed the stories of the shadow angels more. I also liked how the angel Razel was part of this series because he is part of the Mortal Instrument series.
All the right pieces. The plot and story came first as it should with the relationship a supporting character. Big growth from the first book. Onto the 5th and final book the series.
This series is the only one I’ve one-clicked my way through all the pre-orders. I don’t want to spoil the ending. But there are two paragraphs near the end that made me cry, made me think, helped heal my heart. Alisa is an amazing storyteller and her stories of love are more than just one-click popcorn. They’re also tales that show the transformative power of love.
Boy this was not what I expected his story to be like but it was worthy of him. I started reading at 2:45 in the morning and now I am writing this review by 5:30 am. The story kept me interested from beginning to end with the lengths he was willing to do to kept them safe.
This book will subject you to emotional turmoil, terror, hope, frenzied mating, peace and the ability to love again. All the necessary ingredients for a well written book.
I have voluntarily read and review this book without obligation to the author.
