Great workbook for speakers wanting to go to the next level. Many such books are all content via passive learning, but this workbook is interactive. I filled out every section and question, but some were hard for me to answer honestly. Yet, as Tony Robbins says, "the quality of your life is proportional to the quality of the questions you ask yourself." I had fun working through this book, but I now have lots of work to do, implementing these 52 tips. Thanks Delatorro.
