I’d probably give this 3.5 ideally - it was good, with some useful points, but I felt like a lot of it was things I’ve read before.

Read this a while ago but only briefly and so came back to it today. I still don’t feel like I’ve learned much. I feel like the HEART method she refers to “humility, empathy, authenticity, respect and trust” is just a bit meh’ and most parents are probably already considering these when parenting any way. I don’t think the whole self help parenting genre is useful either as kids are all so different so I might refrain from these types of books.
