Victor Alexandrovich Chizhikov (Russian: Виктор Чижиков) was a Russian children's book illustrator and the designer of the Olympic mascot, Misha, of the 1980 Moscow Olympic Games (the XXII Summer Olympics).
Chizhikov illustrated more than 100 children's books. He worked closely with writers Eduard Uspensky and Andrei Usachev.

Wow, I was wondering if maybe I overlooked a book ever written by an illustrator Victor Chizhikov...Turned out I did! Victor Chizhikov had the gift to tell stories with his art - this wordless comic book was a heartwarming, fun read with illustrations that kept a smile on my face and sunbeams in my heart throughout my "reading" experience. Good messages are imbeded into the pictures, reflecting the kindness of a child's heart and the sense of feeling protective towards smaller ones.

Прекрасная книга для развития речи и умения связно рассказывать. Сладкая ностальгия родителям - приятный бонус.
Конечно же, сюда вошли не все истории про девочку с куклой, но маленький удобный формат понравился, будем читать и "читать" снова.
