The Twelve Twisty Unlike is a collection of 12 short stories spread across different perspectives, genres and styles. Some of them are long and some of them are short, but most venture down unusual and nasty pathways with a surprise in the end. This isn’t a journey you will easily forget or one you should take lightly.



The inspiration for this collection came from a short story writing challenge. Participants were given a theme, word count and one month to write a compelling story. Anything goes, just stick to the word count and have fun.



The stories include a suspected child murderer, an unfortunate man who only wanted to be smarter, a wife with a secret life and a tale about a half-zombie with good intentions. Any more information would be spoiling the surprises. There’s something in here for everyone if you dare take the plunge.
