If Only You Knew
There was only one thing Passion Bailey loved more than music and that was beat maker and musical genius, Shawn “Skillz” Matthews. The only problem was, while Passion secretly loved the man behind the music, Skillz barely noticed anything besides her amazing voice. Fear of rejection and the realization that they were from two completely different backgrounds was enough to keep Passion secretly proclaiming her love for him through her lyrics. Emotions run high and there is nowhere to hide when the two are forced together for an impromptu tour. Sparks will fly, and secrets will be revealed in this sweet love story.

Passion x Shawn
This was a free book on Amazon, so I said why not. The story to me had potential to be great, but a few things just didn't do it for me. First, I feel like there wasn't enough dialogue between the H&h. It seems to me like we spent the majority of the time in the the duo's head, and with them telling me what's happening instead of the events taking place.
Another thing was that this book was riddled with errors. It was enough that I had to mention it.
But overall, it was cute. Their love for music and their attraction to one another was cute.

I absolutely loved this book. It was so cute. It was a nice palate cleanser for me because I’ve been reading a lot of romance novels that haven’t really been good at all. This novella really was good though. I commend the author for accomplishing this fantastic story in 40 something pages. This won’t be my last book by her for sure!

Soooo short yet so cute!!!✨👏💗
This was too cute and so real because let's face it, in the real world, it is a one, two, three deal. We tend to meet who we like, maybe have a date or two and boom we become an item. Nothing different here. Skillz and Passion did the exact thing, even a little bit more because they knew each other for longer, did the usual tango and dance the night away.
That was the part that was so lit in this book, is that at one point you know it felt right because real life will be like that, short sweet, no none sense and brave.
This was truly a nice read!

Every time i read i fall in love again.
You have a gift that makes me so excited to read another book from you... Your characters are so true, you make me feel like the female character's in all of the books that you have written. I know you said this would not be a part 2 but I would have love to see what might could have happened if Lyric had found out ans went from there.... hummmm may be her own book... lol... My favorite author's favorite author... keep up the good work i cant wait for the next one.

cute short but a lot of errors
Super cute novella about two people in the music industry obsessed with each other but don’t know. I liked that the lyrics from the title were incorporated throughout the story.
Not familiar with the author enough to know that UL was University of Lafayette, I’m assuming. Does anybody really call Fantasia “Fantasia Barino”?
Too many grammatical errors four such a short read. The conversation between the two characters sounds good on paper but didn’t flow like a regular conversation.

Loved It
This was a really good love story of two people connected by their love of music and singing. I love the chemistry between Passion and Skillz. As much as they tried to fight the feelings they had for each other, they knew it wouldnt work since they were constantly in each other's presence. Feelings are revealed and they end up being a happily married couple doing what they love together and that is music.

Beautifully written
The skills that Trenae' put out in this novella is nothing short of amazing. It's like as fans we already know what she can do...... but for her to knock us out in the first round like this..... absolutely loved it and can't wait for so much more. Awesome story

Loved It!!!
Short...Sweet...On point, is how I would describe Skillz and Passion's love story. It amazing how they were both madly, secretly in love with each other. I love how they professed their love for one another and were married in a year's time. I'm glad that they got their HEA.

It was a different read from the author, but it goes to show Trenae could write any genre. I absolutely loved this Novella and hopefully she will come out with more Romance Novels!

Very great read
I'm saddened that this ended so quickly lol smh. I loved everything about this book, so much so that I wanted more. I wanted to know everything about the characters from early childhood to adulthood/marriage/kids.

Cute love story as these 2 definitely belonged together. Skillz & his tough guy demeanor & Passion's shyness made communication a bit difficult. Good storyline as their thoughts were displayed, & later their actions. Content went well with title & song. Nicely written novella

This novella held my attention from the very first page. This was a good love story. I loved me some Passion and the relationship she had with Shawn. I glad that in the end that both gotten happy ending. I would love to hear more from these couple.

Is crazy sometimes how life happens. Passion andShawn both had a thing for each other but both were nervous about approaching the other. In the end they were able to come together and have a happy ending.

Cute Short!
A nice short story tied up with a bow! I was invested in this couple success from the beginning. The fact that it was based on a Pattie LaBelle song that I loved was icing on the cake.
