Ham Wrapped Prawns With Bell Pepper Dip

Serves: 4

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients: 1 large bell pepper

1 tablespoon tea seed oil

8 king prawns, peeled and deveined

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 tablespoon paprika

4 ham slices, halved

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 435 degrees F.

2. Place the bell pepper in a fryer basket and cook for about 10 minutes.

3. Transfer the bell pepper into a bowl and immediately wrap with a foil paper.

4. Keep aside for about 15 minutes.

5. Peel the pepper and remove the seeds and stems, then chop it.

6. Put the chopped bell pepper, garlic, paprika and tea seed oil in a blender and pulse till a puree forms.

7. Wrap each prawn with a slice of ham.

8. Grease the fryer basket and arrange the prawns in it.

9. Cook for about 3 minutes until golden brown.

10.Serve the prawns with bell pepper dip.
