Straight to the point. Well motivated. Full of applications. Illustrations are so well-designed that no other calculus textbook I've read comes close. Introduces epsilon-delta, Riemann sums, and basic point-set topology. If there were calculus textbooks to be consider better, they could only be its future editions and that of Courant and John.

My high school calculus text. I remember it being okay. Epsilon delta, man.
