I enjoyed this rather long book. It was a detailed breakdown of the rise of John D. Rockefeller, the transfer of his wealth to his son John Jr, and the transfer of their wealth to the 3rd generation and beyond. Being most of the research is dated between 1974 to 77, its an old but interesting read about the psychology and the line of OG Rockefeller's money. Interesting to see how generations of money continue doing some of the largest scale charity work, while Carnegie couldn't get rid of it all fast enough, the Rockefeller's played the long game, and most of the new family seems disconnected and removed. Very long bio, but well written and very interesting along the way.
