Rate this book
Red-haired Petey Cavanaugh is a sculptor who welds steel and glass creations. A young widow, she lives on her in-laws’ sheep ranch in Montana where she helps out during the day, working on her art at night. Looking to raise money to expand the ranch’s business, she gratefully accepts her art school roommate’s offer of a gallery show in Manhattan. It’s been years since she was in the city, and she’s happy to visit her old friend. Nik is in New York on business. He’s been traveling for nearly a month, enduring endless meetings, attending obligatory dinners, and battling jet-lag. On his way to yet another business dinner, his world collides with Petey's one rainy Manhattan night. Their mutual attraction is immediate, but Nik’s skeptical. Could it possibly be that this gorgeous, enchanting artist has no idea that he’s Europe’s most eligible prince? Spending time with Petey is Nik’s first-ever taste of ordinary. What will happen when she finds out the truth?

Do you have an inner Princess? Have you always dreamed of finding your Prince Charming? Well I do have a inner princess, and I have dreamed of a prince charming, so this book is awesome for me!

I love this fairy tale with a bit of sexiness on the side. Ok more than a bit of sexiness, thats what makes me love it even more!

When Petey (which is such a great name for an independent girl) leaves the Montana countryside to see here best friend in New York she is a little out of place. Her sculptures of welded metal and glass and up for sale. She needs to dress up and get to the gallery to meet everyone. Only problem is something and someone has changed the direct route to her opening.
The minute Nik meets Petey his world becomes brighter.
Petey now has an attentive, gorgeous, wealthy man who treats her like a princess who wants her. She doesn't know he is a Prince and that if things go further she really could be a princess. What they both want is to just be ordinary people. Nik because he never has been ordinary and Petey because she has always been ordinary.

Unordinary!

This was a happy romance between two people who are very different on the surface. There is sweet dating, misunderstanding, and miscommunication, but what this book is really about is love. We are all the same underneath, and love brings us together. This is a great story - don’t miss it!

Simply amazing

Pandora is a new author to me and I can’t to see what else she has in store. I couldn’t put this down I loved the spin off Cinderella. It had its own unique twist and turns. I do have one question where can I find me a Colin?

Spocks outdid herself this time. I knew the moment I start reading and saw that the two main female characters were named, Petey and Jules, and Petey being an artist who uses a welding torch to bring sculptures to life, I know I was in for a thrill. Now throw in the too handsome Nik, Prince Stefan of Beruvia with the British accent, and I am anticipating more than a thrill. And oh yeah, baby, I was not disappointed, love, romance and sex, in large doses. This is a must read for lovers of erotica!

A well written book, with an adult spin on every little girls fantasy, because who doesn't want to be swept off their feet like Cindarella? Nik is handsome, intelligent with a sexy as hell accent. He seems down to earth and just you're "typical " fantasy billionaire, or is he?
Petey is just an ordinary girl who works on a sheep ranch and males sculptures in her spare time. She comes to new York for her very own art show and meets Nik, looking like a drowned rat. The connection is nearly instant and the heat and chemistry just builds from their.
I loved the authors ability to show us that instant heat and chemistry and how she could display their building affections. And how even a wonderful fantasy isn't always easy. Obstacles do exist and the happy ever after doesn't just fall automatically into place. It takes work, just like in real life.
My only moment of complaint was Petey. By the end of the book I really liked her, but she had her moments where I wanted to reach in and slap her. Like when we find out Nik' s big secret. She threw the BIGGEST, child like tantrum I've ever seen in my life. Did she have some right to be mad? Yes. Did it require that level of bullshit? No. It turned me off of her as a reader and I began to dislike her. It also did not help when she acted like everyone was trying to change her and the way she dressed. You can't wear jeans to formal events. In the end I liked her as a character and her love for Nik was real and pure, but not everyone can be perfect. I would recommend this book to a friend because it really is a good read
