I was excited to win this journal as a Goodreads giveaway and really had no idea what to expect. I really love the Tiny Buddha website and I think the journal does a fairly good job of representing that. I really like the soft colors and size of the journal. Rather than a blank journal, it's creative in that it is guided to sort of prompt you to think and dig deeper into why you are anxious and stressed and what you can do to let it go. That being said, I think the repetition of the "Let it Go" sections is actually useful as a daily reminder that if something is stressing you out and it's out of your control, you have to just let it go. My favorite parts of the journal are the blank pages with the drawing prompts and the coloring book pages, so relaxing!

Thanks for a copy to look at and review my opinion.

A lot of people struggle with anxiety and worry today, and this was a really great idea for a journal. You don't have to go in order but you can skip around. I liked many of the ideas in the journal, and the coloring pages included. That was one of my main focuses when I had extreme anxiety was to color for endless hours. It helps you focus on something else for awhile until you can adjust. I found it really helpful that they include actual coloring pages within the journal. I would not suggest an ecopy of this journal, print only.
I would definitely suggest this journal for someone looking to maybe keep track of bouts of worry and anxiety. Maybe as a way to identify triggers and put down your feelings. A problem shared is a problem halved. Maybe if your working through problems with someone like a spouse or significant other as well. Ideally this is a workbook to help you not just identify but maybe make peace with some of the feelings you experience.
I gave this workbook five stars because I would definitely buy it and love some of the ideas within. Thanks for allowing me a copy to give my honest opinion.

For someone who does not usually use a journal, this was an easy means of composing my thoughts by using prompts such as "I know I am safe because..." or What's worrying me? While the prompts might seem limiting and this journal functions more as means to clear one's mind than a day to day "dream journal." The coloring book pages are definitely interesting addition to a journal. This journal covers all types of means to improve one's inner peace and is definitely for those that could use a productive means of relieving stress and anxiety.

** I received this as part of a Goodreads giveaway.

Love this book and the great quotes and journaling. Just a complete book to help when going through a hard time. I talked about this book to a counselor I am seeing and she was impressed by it and bought several copies to give out to her clients. Definitely recommend.
