I really liked it. Her stories drew you in. The short sweet tips were nice and the appropriate quotes were available for thoughtful reflection. I have completed several of the suggested activities and plan to share the book with my sisters.

Happy CAN happen!

No matter where you are on your happiness journey, the beginning, the middle or even if you are wildly happy, this book is for you.
Each chapter is short and to the point with examples and homework. You can read the book straight through or you can pick out the chapters that apply to your life.
I am quite sure I will refer back to this book frequently for the refresher courses we all need from time to time.

Wrote something snarky but deleted. Let’s just say, the book wasn’t uplifting to me.

While this is a very positive book, it wasn't what I look for in my daily reading meditation time.

Good read - bit slow at first, but had a strong finish. Made you think about small changes in life than could have large effects for your future.
