As with most parenting books, I eventually got bored and just started skipping around. There was a lot of good advice though. It just wasn't presented in a very interesting way.

Practical, experienced, well-read, thoughtful book about parenting during the perplexing pre-teen years. Eminently readable and temendously helpful.
